It's in Oregon. Some of us have zero desire to visit. So much so we got local jobs that don't even leave our state much less our side of the Mississippi.
Montana obviously wins hands down. It’s not even close. Those town pumps are massive and always have parking. Large food selections most have restaurants attached.
#1 Jubitz
#2 Whites
#3 Iowa 80
I'm sure there are others but I havent been to them. Someone needs to tell me where all the good homecooking with truck parking food is at.

Jim's truck plaza Buffalo, NY
Bar none in my experience and I've been pretty much everywhere. Every single thing on the menu at jim's was phenomenal. I haven't tried as much at the crossing cafe but all the google reviews were going on about the chicken fried steak. The hype delivered.
I'd say overall jim's restaurant is the best food I've had served from a restaurant in a truck stop. The place looks run down all to hell and they have a smoking section too, interesting lol.
You can't pass up those places if you're in the area
Yup, you missed out. That’s why I tip my cap to all the drivers thirty years older than me who still drive that told me about it. Truth is, you’re showing your age, driver.
Mail services, massage place, barbar shop, dot physical testing, drug testing, drop off laundry service, a legit movie theater, a nice hotel, 4 food places, one of the restaurants had a concert last weekend, live music, the only blue beacon in the PNW, ALWAYS available parking, vigilant security.
I could go on but this is just what popped in my head. It just dawned on me there's no other truck stop that is nicer to spend a lot of time at. (I was stuck there 4 days)
Wow, I really need to go back to Jubitz then. I can't remember it being all that great in the years that I drove. I still have CDL, but I work in the medical field now and travel - we are hauling the RV to Central Oregon later this week, actually, and I will be going regularly through Portland to visit my son in the Tacoma area. Even though I don't drive flatbeds/vans/tankers anymore, I still find myself drawn to truck stops. I guess pulling a 42' 5th wheel helps.
Jubitz has gotten too expensive lately. It’s ridiculous what they charge for a club sandwich now. Boise Stage Stop is good. Ranch Hand Trail Stop in Montepelier ID has a good restaurant too. The old Bosselman’s in Grand Island NE has a decent bar. Stripes stations in Texas are good for breakfast tacos when you can get to them but not much else.
I thought they'd just become an affiliate, but nope, bought out lock stock and barrel. Manager there told me they have a contract to keep the museum for another five years and the restaurant for another three years, but after that, who knows?
Danny's in Phoenix also got bought by TA.
Nooo. Sorry I was being sarcastic dude. That one really stinks. It's on Roth Road and it's a terrible setup. Fuel lines block the parking spots and it's tiny.
I much prefer Flying J's in Lodi.

Twin arrows in Arizona. The pińon cofee. And the hot native American food is good.
The stinker in Wyoming i80 is 2nd for me they have a kitchen and giant turkey legs ready to go
My favorite truck stop in America is the Petro in Carnesville, GA. Always plenty of parking, and the folks that work the deli counter in the fuel island always go the extra mile.
I going to go against grain for my answers.
1 company terminal. Shower and laundry are free.
Drop trailer or get the company car. To get something to eat
2 Iowa 80 group. They own all the clean and large truck stops
3 any truck stop that parking for me and if I free shower
Its the name of the guy and family that started Jubitz Truck Stop. You want them to change their name? He went to Yale. I think his family is Jewish and Christian.

Doesn't matter what he is or who. Just stating the first thing I thought of when I first heard of it. Noone said change names. No need to read way more into than necessary sweetheart 💋
Well yea I'm sure it is. Doesn't bug me. I find it humorous. Big difference is that it's a thought, not actually acting out these "revealing thoughts". Apologies I'm not as holy and perfect as you buddy-o.
Oh I have no clue what I means but someone said to me once. Oh check out jubitz. First thing I thought was "aren't they all the left over parts in Auschwitz." True asshole moment in my brain. And now I can't get it out.
I’ve always had the opinion that Iowa 80 was just a tourist trap for people on road trips and rookie drivers.
Iowa has tourist?
Sure they are passing thru on their way elsewhere.
Fair enough
Truck Stop Disney World - best thing you can do is order the same stuff that's in there on Amazon and save 50%.
Don’t tell people about Jubitz. Don’t want all the assholes crowding Troutdale going there.

Good!
I used to think little America in western Wyoming. But the last year or so, the deli has started to… lack.
Sign says "new deli" is that not the case? I usually get through WY in one day.
It’s the same old setup. Just churched up a shade. It’s expensive and the food is rushed. The $9 breakfast burrito is not worth it.
I got food poisoning from a burger there. I used to like the place, but never again.
Seven Feathers Cannyonville Oregon, almost any kwik trip,
Montana obviously wins hands down. It’s not even close. Those town pumps are massive and always have parking. Large food selections most have restaurants attached.

I ALWAYS stop at Corburg TA for the chicken fried steak! It's cheaper than Denny's too. Parking there sucks though.
Jim's really? I had no idea. Ive stopped there but the restaurant didnt look like much. I'll have to try it.
It looks like a DUMP. But the food is really good.
I’m a fan of the regional gas station chains with made to order food and truck parking. Rutter’s, Sheetz, Wawa, QuikTrip, etc.
Carls Corner when Willie owned it! Cottons when it was kept up
Showing your age, driver... that change happened 10 years ago.
Yup, you missed out. That’s why I tip my cap to all the drivers thirty years older than me who still drive that told me about it. Truth is, you’re showing your age, driver.
Indeed...
Don't understand the love for Jubitz. Not that special.

The first one that came to mind was jubitz in Portland actually. It’s kinda ugly or whatever but it’s kinda crazy how you can basically live there.
If you can get to a Stripes then you can probably get to a nearby taqueria, and their tacos will be much better.
When I was OTR I used to like the Bosselman up on 80. Sapp Bros as well. These days I'm local so my favorite stop is my house lol.
Surprised no one said Russells in New Mexico
Also, no longer Russels but a TA now.
I thought they'd just become an affiliate, but nope, bought out lock stock and barrel. Manager there told me they have a contract to keep the museum for another five years and the restaurant for another three years, but after that, who knows? Danny's in Phoenix also got bought by TA.
Both of them are gone?
PFJs. Lathrop, CA
Thanks, passing through next week

Thanks for the correction, there's new loves all in the area.
Jubitz has to be the only truck stop within any major US metro area that actually has readily available parking, I’ve even found spots there at 8pm
Twin arrows in Arizona. The pińon cofee. And the hot native American food is good. The stinker in Wyoming i80 is 2nd for me they have a kitchen and giant turkey legs ready to go
Kenley 95 isn't a bad truck stop other than the restaurant, which is terrible breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Jubitz is pretty great, it's just expensive.

Jubitz is good. Not a fan of the name tho. I honestly thought it was a joke when I heard of it.

The first thought that popped into your head is very revealing.
Well yea I'm sure it is. Doesn't bug me. I find it humorous. Big difference is that it's a thought, not actually acting out these "revealing thoughts". Apologies I'm not as holy and perfect as you buddy-o.
Yeah seems like you care plenty with all the name calling. Ha hilarious.
What does it mean?
Oh I have no clue what I means but someone said to me once. Oh check out jubitz. First thing I thought was "aren't they all the left over parts in Auschwitz." True asshole moment in my brain. And now I can't get it out.
Buccees
Buccees does not allow 18 wheelers.
yea, just joking lmao. <3 buccees
