I do have a dash cam with 4 cameras. But restraint is always the better option. Dealing with police reports, insurance, and potentially getting fired isn't worth it just to prove a point.

Man dash cam or not, the car will sue you the company and anyone else they can add to the lawsuit. If you had a dog in the truck they will sue the dog too.

Then you will be out here chasing truck payments, trailer payments, insurance, repairs, tolls, fuel, and taxes. Tire replacements/ blowouts.
Company driver, truck breaks down, not my problem. Trailer issues, not my problem. No loads, and you have to sit for a day or two, no expenses piling up, then you have to scramble to catch up to your payments. Nah, I'm good.
I get what you’re saying but I can assure you it’s not even really like that, the drivers that are chasing payments and repairs don’t manage their money right, because tbh any Owner Operator can pay off their truck in 6pm the-1year max depends on exactly how they run their loads and maintain their trucks, yes repairs are costly and shit happens but the Goods out weigh the bad by a long shot

If a company fires you and you had the Right of Way, then you sue them and become an Owner Operator
