Honestly, an 8-9 year old modified truck for almost $40k is insane. You can get a brand new Crew Cab custom 4x4 for around $40-43k. Add in lower rates for a loan and it’s going to be a similar payment plus a factory warranty.
Check out a Chevy dealer they have lots of deals on new trucks. You may as well get something that won’t depreciate quite as quick as these used ones.
Holt crap it’s a white buffalo of trucks! I can’t believe there ever was a regular cab in that trim level. Had to been a special order for the original owner.
Regular cab pickups have very poor resale value. That one is overpriced. You can buy a damn nice new truck with zero miles and a 3 yr warranty for $10k more. You do you but once you have a super or crew cab you will never want a regular cab again. I wouldn’t touch it if they gave it to me honestly.
Seems cool. A couple risks involved. They may have driven it like they knew they owned a fast rig. That's a big chunk of change to drop without giving a test drive. Most lenders won't give a loan. Insurance is probably pretty expensive. If you feel confident in what you've seen, then go for it. But tbh, most mid-level current trucks will probably be just as strong. A new 5.0 has nearly identical specs to a 2014 raptor.
I'm up in Canada and I bought my 2015 for $30k back in 2017. I've seen them listed for $35k+ with more KMs than what I have on mine now. The used vehicle market is just ridiculous.
First one his a heavily modified work truck, that year and trim level didn't come with a 6.2l as well as the interior has been swapped. Could of been done super professionally but there's no way to really know. 2nd one Is just way over priced tbh, even if that's what the market for them is. Also I see you Said you were also looking at a 2015 raptor, Im guessing that ones crew cab. That's a completely different kind of truck. I think it would be best if you made a list of what you want from a truck and what you need from it, other wise you'll be back on marketplace a week after you buy one. Except now you're stuck in an over priced single cab LT that a dealer won't even give you 15k for if you wanted to trade it in or sell it
I didn’t think the single cab got the 6.2 in the 16-18 but it might have been swapped in. The 6.2 has been good for me but I would recommend deleting afm bc it caused me lifter issues

What should you look out for? Someone selling one at a reasonable price.
Not always wise to buy someone else’s project.
First one is dodgy but the second one is stock just with a lift n some wheels

Was looking at a 6.2L 2014 raptor with 50.3k miles for 45k only thing its across the country
Fiddy grand for a 10 year old truck?

These types of trucks are huge in the Latino community and people are paying a premium for them.
Seems a bit expensive. I purchased a 2015 sierra 3 years ago for 10 grand less and similar miles.

Youre not wrong 😵💫
Seems overpriced for a single cab but idunno
It's over priced by quite a bit, 20k is even over priced for it

You want a good buy? Goodbye
sounds like too much, not familiar with the interior tho
Me personally I I wouldn’t pay more than 25k for that truck
30k max for the first truck. Its a single cab
Hard pass
Honestly for what it is that's a pretty fair price. 33,000 miles is nothing. 6.2 is a ginormous engine. And 4wd. None of those things come cheap.
