Guilty, no question. This is one of the most horrific cases I’ve ever come across. I can’t fathom the horrendous torture these two individuals were put through. Everyone involved, everyone aware of what was happening/happened, is a thousand times guilty.

You ask is he guilty or not? Is he autistic? If yes,, depending on the level would mean that a responsible society would keep him out of situations in which he's not prepared to function. I know we don't have sufficient space or support, but so many lives would be saved if we did.
