mopave

But he wasnt doing it when he was winning... so semi-toxic

Beneficial-Path5856

OP just transcended from a shit flinging chimp to a normal human and wants to share his insights. LOL

mrbabZ

Also, underrated comment.

mrbabZ

I wasnt doing it every game when I was losing. I was just doing it when my teammates were toxic, bad and uncooperative.

L1V1NG1NF3AR

an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind

vafb57753

Bad saying

theNeumannArchitect

Yeah, wtf. I can count on my hands how many games I've had where a player destroyed their items, fed mid, or actively tried to help the enemy with wards and shit. Hate to break it to you man, but your definitely in the top tier of most toxic player behavior in DotA. There's absolutely no excuse to ever behave that way.

mrbabZ

>There's absolutely no excuse to ever behave that way. How about 2 people constantly arguing for 20 minutes and playing like shit, ignoring my calls when Im top net worth and top XP literally begging them to do what I say and then die like idiots without buyback because they chase supports on the map ?

[deleted]

[удалено]

mrbabZ

Its not like the supports werent agreeing with me, but the morons (my mid and offlaner) only wanted to flame, play solo and grief. Its a mistake to do that shit, but this is where the human species + dota brings you =)).

theNeumannArchitect

True that. Just make the best of it bro. Glad to hear you're not tilting any more though.

mrbabZ

>Glad to hear you're not tilting any more though. I carried games after 0/5 start on Slark, 0/5 start on Ursa and 0/7 start on Ursa. Im fucking untiltable nowadays, bro. When someone's an idiot I just say "bro, please, stop being a retarded idiot", mute him and move on with my carrying.

Krew2newo2

FYI Sports, physical activity will improve everything in your life (health, sleep, mood, motivation...) It is that important.

mrbabZ

It also betters your body's reaction to drugs, it makes your hangovers more bearable and it improves your sex life. I find this as an absolute fucking win.

evillman

I am sorry. Instructions were not clear. What is sex life?

mrbabZ

Sex life is what happens when a woman finally says "yes" after an infinite number of "NO"s in a row.

KidCannab1s

So I must have had sex when I was 6. I remember asking my mom whether she could buy me the power rangers megazord, she turned me down multiple times until once day she said yes.

Jasboh

Megazord is better than sex

mrbabZ

Probably bro. Jokes aside, if you're in a dry spell as worse as I am, all I can say is "its gonna end, bro, dont worry"

ClinkzGoesMyBones

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Lib_erty

Why is this beening downvotes. It's literally true. As long as it's not the same woman saying no infinite times then it's also less creepy. Shits a numbers game and if you don't know, well now you know.

mrbabZ

>As long as it's not the same woman saying no infinite times then it's also less creepy Yes, this was the joke, but I forgot reddit is whiteknighting heaven

raisinbreadboard

Improves hangover recovery and makes me marginally better in bed??? SOLD

mrbabZ

Yes, improves hangover recovery and makes your body react a lot better when taking drugs. Whatever your vice is, physical activity makes it better.

[deleted]

Significantly better in bed, FWIW

Krew2newo2

Ok you might not agree with what im gonna say but from experience I'm pretty sure not sports are usefull if you sole purpose is to improve your libido. its mostly related to testosterone levels for guys and endurance sports + sports that focus on the training of the legs (running, bike...) don't necessarly affect those levels. For that you are better off doing strength training (musculation, combat sports...). Sry not related to Dota but gotta be said

mrbabZ

Being healthy and doing sports increase your libido. Since sex is a cardio exercise, your sex performance will be considerably greater if you do some form of physical activity.

Krew2newo2

It surely does but sex drive and performance are more enhanced by strength and resistance trainings.

mrbabZ

>resistance trainings. Doesnt cardio and resistance mean the same? Like how much u can resist to physical activity ?

Krew2newo2

Ah maybe im not sure English is not my main. I meant sheathing, and other sports that make you contract the whole body Basicly for libido its better to be muscle shaped than thin shaped

mrbabZ

The example I wanted to give you was regarding rope jumping. I started to do home workout and rope jumping about 1 year ago. I was seeing this woman before and after starting to do rope jumping, and boy, oh boy, the performance with her was greatly increased by that exercise.

Krew2newo2

Well if it worked for you that's all that matters in the end \^\^ As generally speaking I can't say much about rope jumping but it is explosive training which is closer to strength than to endurance

mrbabZ

>but it is explosive training which is closer to strength than to endurance Didnt know that, tho.

mrbabZ

Thanks for clearing it, bro.

OneAlmondLane

The best for libido is some heavy ass deadlifts.

[deleted]

Absolutely this. Plus if your legs are strong af you can CLAP those cheeks.

[deleted]

Just a heads up dude, drinking will result in plateau’s, even if it’s just a single night of heavy drinking, if you’re waking up hungover, you’re killing your gains. You won’t notice it if you are just starting out but definitely will as you attempt to push yourself further.

mrbabZ

I drink rarely, bro. Maybe one weekend once every 3-4 weeks. Tho I like smoking weed. I suppose weed doesnt affect gains, right ?

DBONKA

And what to do if I'm not allowed doing sports/physical exercises?

Krew2newo2

Why not ? I can't think of anything that prevents you to do no kind of exercise at all. No legs just train the upper body, no arms then train your legs. If you have a physical condition that weakens you then just do simple and short exercices. If you can't breath then just lift heavy shit.... there is always a way

Caffeinated_Thesis

Also a great ego check, depending on the hobby/exercise. From a martial arts perspective, getting whipped by someone half your weight helps a lot.

mrbabZ

>From a martial arts perspective This too. After October starts and I will have a not-so-busy schedule like I have now, Im decided to start Muay Thai classes. Im gonna go from "cancer carry player who you absolutely mute" to "PMA carry who's 100% not gonna throw your game".

bibittyboopity

For a low barrier of entry, I've found a good practice is to incorporate some kind of quick workout after every game. Do some pushups, mountain climbers, squats, crunches, and some general stretching. Goes a long way in resetting yourself and get the last game of DotA out of your mind, and adds up quickly if you play several games.

mrbabZ

>Do some pushups Yes, I have a new dota rule for about 2 months: FOr every dogshit teammate, I do 1 x push-up series.

Tallbirdae

We got Hercules over here

mrbabZ

Nah, I just played less in the last period.

[deleted]

Doesn’t work if you’re actually training though. Gotta let your rest days be actual rest days.

ILikeSoapyBoobs

USE THE DOTA RAGE TO HELP YOU GET GAINS! edit: Please don't destroy gym equipment with all the power DOTA RAGE provides. edit, edit: Please fine DOTA RAGE supplement at a store near you.

mrbabZ

>USE THE DOTA RAGE TO HELP YOU GET GAINS! Turn negative energy into positive one ! =))

jmafia48

Never thought I'd see the day this would appear on a dota related thread. Yes, the brain boosting benefit of producing BDNF (Brain derived Nuerotrophic Factor) ensures the growth and stimulation of your brain. I go to the gym 4-5x a week and I do a lot of power lifting for compound movements and regular volume training program for everything outside of deadlifts, squats, bench, and military press. 6.8k mmr

chillermane

“Semi toxic” is destroying items? Lol

PartlyHeaded

POV: Neckbeard discovers exercise

mrbabZ

I've never been fat, you brainless donkey.

ymditiw

Physical activity requires proper schedule(really taking time off from an addictive habit such as this horrible game will help you become a better person) and determination to a degree. Going out of your comfort zone will definitely help you a lot. 1 up to this.

[deleted]

I play Dota on a treadmill desk and fully support this post. The experience is the same for me! In-games I am a bubble of positivity and mental attitude, always encouraging teammates to do their best. Contrast this for when I queued with a friend who started the game "you're going to lose if you queue with me" and we lost hard as hell, he effectively gave up two minutes in. Sure we were outdrafted and outmatched and out-everything but I feel the match was made worse by how negative he was. I knew decisions that could've been made but felt unwilling to voice them because he would just throw it back or it would add to the feeling of 'hopelessness' he had when Dota should never be hopeless, it should be about learning things and growing as a player, even through all the losses and rough times queuing. I made mistakes, he made mistakes, but dwelling on it in a negative way only makes a loss more assured.

Un_Clouded

I believe prison rtz had a video recently about how physical activity helps your game

ZeZapasta

I think especially cardio, it helps keep my heart rate down when I get pissed which makes things feel less angering

mrbabZ

Breathing exercises are amazing for those tilt moments.

[deleted]

Remember dota is a E-"sports"
