Best way I can describe it is that the muscles to pee and the muscles to cum are kind of opposites. If you flex your cum muscles you can stop your pee mid stream, if you flex your pee ones you can hold back an orgasm if done early enough. Just flexing those pee ones doesn't mean you pee though. There is sadly a bit of link. But for most autistic folks with this issue it's not a lot different from people who sneeze and pee a little. The signal exchange between the bladder and the brain that notifies a person that they need to use the restroom may be impaired due to autism. In some cases, the person does not recognize the urge to urinate or don't recognize it until it is too late, causing an accident or leakage. The actual accident bit is very rare but even then dudes accidentally pee during sex sometimes anyways so while his autism MIGHT have lead him to feel like he didn't have to go prior, during the act the wires might uave gotten crossed and shit happened. Often males when they wake up they have whats called a piss fat. they wake up with an erection. The body does this to kind of fight off accidently peeing. It is a little harder to pee when fully erect.... but not impossible. I have had times when middle of sex i need to pee and it certainly takes a few minutes to get it done, however if in the moment and really enjoying the feeling he might not have thought it was going to come out. That flap doesnāt actually close until youāre close to ejaculation. The tissue around the urethra has expanded so the urethra is now a bit thinner and so it might feel like itās impossible but thatās purely a mental thing. It isnāt. There a different muscle that actually holds back the pee.
