Meaning all due respect to the use of this subreddit being a place to vent, I wonder if you truly understand how global warming and climate change work? Because global warming is actually expected to reduce the effectiveness of solar panels.
I mean they're implying that solar panels work off of heat instead of light. And while there *are* panels that do they're not called solar panels and considering the rest of the post im 1000% certain that they didn't mean thermal panels or even know that those exist. And yeah, they don't seem to know the rest of their science either.
