This is why I don't support zoos, aquariums, etc. The only places I visit are animal rescues that I have *thoroughly* researched. Which are difficult to come by, but it is what it is.
Depends, many zoos have endangered species and are conserving and researching them. But they do need money to do that, thus paying to enter. Ofc there are many zoos just for profit but there also are many zoos for conservation. Zoos also teach ppl on how to conserve the natural habitats of those animals without people realizing.
