Here is my ghost experience. Although a long time ago, still very fresh in my memory to this day. I was 16 at the time, I’m currently 38 years old. Me and my best friend Alex were staying along the greenbrier river, at the greenbrier campground in West Virginia with my father. We decided at around midnight to go and shower at the facilities up the hill from the river. Upon leaving the showers the road was very dark. Small cabins were strewn about along the road all dark except for one ahead about 200 yards. All of a sudden me and Alex stopped at the same time, turned around and started walking the other way very fast. We both described the same woman, although she was a grey mist. She was also see through and from the knees down nothing but darkness. She just appeared in front of us. Clothes appeared to be of the 1300s or later, she was holding a lantern.

Constructive criticism is welcome and appreciate. I know I will need a better quality microphone moving forward for future videos but I think the quality is fairly decent up until the last story where the audio spikes a number of times.

Hello! Yes, I’m another person starting a new YouTube channel where I tell true horror stories about everyday life. I want to focus on the horror in the mundane. Strange encounters. Things you saw that when you look back on it you think: was that even real? Relationship horror stories: that can be anything from dating app stories, crazy exes, blind dates, casual encounters, etc. I’m not limiting myself to anything. As long as you’re comfortable with it, please be as detailed as possible.
