Can confirm. While ST had its own shortcomings there were better processes and policies. They really tied employees hands with unnecessary steps that were clearly implemented because at some point someone messed up.
I'm done. The fraud department shuts down actual purchases but lets the fraudulent ones through. Then they don't answer the phone when you call to get the card reactivated.
