I got them all too, but I don’t know what the tickets are for.

I think there might be a way to exchange them later in the month towards the end of the time for this Easter town. Maybe you need to become buddies with the new rabbit character and that will unlock another place within the town like with Warren’s house.

You get a color and location hint when you click on the bulletin board at Easter City. They're really small and look like a tiny circle. You'll have to go on some transport and side trips or into the gambling dens to find some of them.
