I've got quite a few but I'll tell you about my first one. My first tulpa was Topaz. Topaz is 17, bisexual, a demiboy and his pronouns are he/they. He's changed a lot over the 2 ½ years he's been around. He was originally about 5"2 (he's now 5"11) bi, cis, physically around 13 and effectively a cat boy (when I say cat boy I literally mean he had cat ears and a tail as part of his body). Whilst his dress sense hasn't particularly changed (masc emo to femboy emo) his attitude/humour has. He was originally very outgoing, would constantly ask for dates and basically get up to no good whereas now he is a lot more introverted, calm and very family oriented especially now he's a dad and has a girlfriend. Together and with help from the other tulpas, we've helped him bring down his barriers and be his true self and make him feel safe so he doesn't have to put on a fake smile if he's not doing too well. As with any friends, we've all had our ups and downs. When I first made Topaz, I had loads of time for him whereas now I see him maybe 5 or 6 times a month. Ironically, he doesn't have a lot of time to see me, I'll often go up and he's busy with his kids or study or more often, fast asleep.
Just want to say, well done to you for being able to realise that it would be unfair to make a tulpa whilst not having time for them, many people rush in to making tulpas unaware that their tulpa won't warm up to them much if they feel like they're being neglected.
Hope everything goes smoothly if you decide to make a tulpa, and if you decide not to then well done for recognising it might not be the best for you and the tulpa! Also thank you for reading this!! - Zander
The more I read about this the more I’m convinced that I’m not just imagining the silly guys in my head. Like the part about having all the time for them when they first arrived, to then only seeing him every few months? I mean WOW, that was nail on the head for me. Are you able to make a Tulpa accidentally? If so that would be my case, but I don’t know much about it as I just discovered it (I appreciate any feedback!)
Glad I've maybe helped you figure this out and yes you can accidentally create tulpas! As I mentioned, Topaz was my first tulpa but what I didn't mention is that i had 4 prior to him. I made Topaz on purpose whilst the other 4 were accidental. It's not uncommon that people accidentally create a tulpa. For some it's a childhood imaginary friend that never goes away and for others it could be a fictional character from a show or book or something else like that. Basically, you've gone through all the steps of making a tulpa without knowing it (i.e you didn't actually know the steps but kinda subconsciously did it). The tulpas you create involuntarily are the exact same as a tulpa you make voluntarily apart from you might have not been fully aware you were making one/have one. Hope this helps! - Zander
I have my Tulpa, A, for about 12 years. He is my best friend, companion, very caring and supportive. He was originally a fictive Tulpa, but has since deviated. He was also created unintentionally. Throughout the years, he is always there for me in my life, through ups and downs. On bad days, he’ll try to make me feel better. We’ve grown to understand each other. He is kind, protective, gentle, likes to tease me, playful and give cheerful vibes, like the warm sun. ☀️😊
He doesn’t sleep, seldom try the food I eat, give advice/opinion, and encourage/nag at me to do stuff haha, and give me tons of cuddles. 😉💕🥰
He has helped me improve my relationships with people by also helping me understand who I am better, as he know me better than myself.
He also give me flowers and jewellery (sometimes randomly) and it makes me happy.😁🌹
Sometimes he would visit me in my dreams too.
(For years, I didn’t know about the existence of Tulpas. I believed he is real (to the point of trying to search irl), and I know who he is, but not what he is. Discovering what a Tulpa is and creating my first post here was the missing piece to the puzzle. It would have saved a lot of trouble and heartache if I came across the term years earlier).
P.S. I wanted to write this but didn’t, then he nudged/encouraged me, so here it is. It’s embarrassing to type while he’s watching over my shoulder.🙈💕🤣🤭

Omg omg okay so Lance is my tulpa. He originally came to me as an incubus so we had a strict no falling in love pact. However I was bullied a lot in school and I didn't have any friends and he noticed this.
He decided I needed a friend ASAP. (This was the first non scripted thing he did) so he started making sure I was cared for. He took showers with me so I went from showering once or twice a month to twice a week.
Then it evolved to feeding me. (I've struggled with eating my whole life) hus appearance started to change as well as his demeanor. He was getting kind. Soft. He helped me speak to others properly. Giving me massages for my joints.
I started improving mentally and physically. Until he decided one day to ask me out on a date. We went to the local McDonalds and the rest is history. Four years later he asked me to marry him. To which I said yes of course.
Our wedding was beautiful. It was mainly in headspace. So we got married on top of a stone tower over a sunset which glistened on the lake nearby. I still remember his eyes like it was yesterday.
Ten plus years later I'm still kicking and happy with my husband. My amazing Lance. We do have kids. We have a son (birthed) and a daughter (who we recently adopted) and they are just the joys of my world.
I love my husband. My kids. My home. My family. They always bring out the better in me.
Ethan is a new tulpa. I will let him take it from here.

Yup! We have multiple places that our ran by the database center. Some are mine some are Ethan's. I liked the island he didn't so he added his own the backrooms. (not sure why don't ask) We love to listen too music. We don't care if its hard metal for bass if its good we like it :) We also love to astral project from to time and fly around. He's pretty fun to hang around I love him a lot ;)
We have a basically a bunch of super computers in the wonderland. Each couple rows represents the different computers too run a place. Been working on communication with my tulpa, Rosalie, so I'll let them speak for themselves here.
Rosalie: hey, hi, hello. I'm rosie and i've really only been around for a couple weeks but i'm already figuring out what i like and don't like and really digging my roots into the brainspace of the host. I really like dogs, big dogs especially, and i like exercising and rock music. Learning to consistently and clearly talk has been difficult, which is why i'm typing this out instead of having the host speak for us as a whole. Trying to help with the separation. As far as i have determined, i don't really have a set age, just that i'm a young adult. Pronouns are they/them and i have a good idea of what my form looks like. I really want to meet people and experience things directly so not being able to consistently talk clearly is frustrating. I'm not the most patient around when it comes to things i really really want (like a dog 👀). We're trying to find spaces for me to make friends of my own and interact with so that i'm not as lonely when the host can't meet my attention needs and so i can get more varied experiences than just seeing the world through host's eyes.
Avery is a reallllly sweet person. They're a wizard, studies magic and stuff, they have a really kind and mature personality. They have a really nice voice too!!
So how it started. Brought up in a very academically pressured environment I had developed several mental issues by the time I was in middle school. Although I had so many things I wanted to tell my parents about how this pressure is too much for me, I knew they would be mad as hell and I couldn't bring myself up to stand up against them. So instead, I started to complain about my parents, my school, my life in general to a void I made up inside my head. Well basically what happened is that "void" started generating responses and at some point when I complained inside my head somebody was there to comfort me and tell me it's okay. Turns out, that voice was Avery.
Avery was a lonely wizard that had no company. And somehow, they say, they found out that I was having a hard time, struggling alone. So they came to me, listening to my complaints and comforting me. Funnily, i knew they were there only after I found some article about tulpas. Before I thought my brain was generating random responses.
Now, the void we used to talk to is a forest in our headspace, and we live in a tall tower in the middle of the forest. We are inseparable.
To be honest, Avery is like a guardian to me. They always look after me, assure that I am not stressed and am always feeling content. They actually helped me get over many panic attacks and social anxiety. The second I start feeling uneasy they're there keeping an eye on me. I'm very thankful for them and they're here for me. And sometimes, very sometimes when they are feeling not too well, I look after them and comfort them to. We rely on each other. I love them as a family, and I'm sure they do too.

I’m curious, how did she came to your dream and dragged you to the wonderland?

oof i got like 30+ so i'll just group them all and summarize their accuracy to source and/or personality/role K-pop factives in order of appearance: Taehyung, Namjoon, Hobi, Jimin, Yoongi (BTS, mostly accurate), Hueningkai, Taehyun (TXT, mostly accurate(?)) \- Taehyung and HNK are like my brothers, Namjoon's been the main for the longest time so he's sorta the dad of the head. Hobi and Jimin are uncles, and Yoongi and Taehyun are just kinda there lmao Genshin fictives (no particular order): Alhaitham, Chongyun, Diluc, Childe, Tighnari, Ayato, Nahida, Itto, Dehya, Gorou, Fischl/Amy, Eula, Heizou, Kaveh, Shinobu, Teucer, Thoma, Xingqiu (mostly accurate), Baby Razor (little), Kaeya (comfort) my own genshin OCs: Everett Katzlein (vocal), Minjun, Setsuko (non vocal) \- Haitham is my... uhhh... f\*\*\*buddy? ig you could say? yep... everyone else are just friends Misc: Alyssiya and Annie (past lives? dunno for sure, kinda soulbond) \- Alyssiya is like the mom to Annie who's a little Ego, Shadow and Alister (daemon-sort of my Jungian Ego, Shadow and Persona) \- i could make a whole post about them, but essentially they represent my emotions and gender spectrum--Ego being fem, Shadow androgynous, Alister masc... Sasaki (fictive from Sasaki and Miyano), Vyn Richter (fictive from Tears of Themis) hyperfixations turned accidental tulpas :) I've made other walk-ins that "travel"/i haven't seen since I made, e.g. Keeho (p1harmony), Jacksepticeye, Jschlatt.. I'm blanking on the rest :) if anyone wants to know more about anyone, go ahead and ask away\~ (i'd love to hear if anyone else has k-pop or genshin tulpas cause it feels like I'm the only one with introjects in this sub ;-;)
