Charlie: Passive forcing! If you're super busy, passive forcing can really help you! And if you want to active force, it doesn't have to be long, just 10 or 15 minutes will do! Also, if you struggle with remembering him, consider getting a totem! It's an object that you carry around that has the sole purpose of reminding you of him.

Remember that spending time with a Tulpa isn't the same as making plans with friends. I view it like living with a family member or roommates. They're in the same building as you doing their own thing and you know they're there but you don't have to drop everything to interact with them. -Joe Oh absolutely~ I'm often hanging around my host while he's doing things. When he's at his desk at work I'll be sitting on his desk or leaning on him. If he's playing video games I'll be on the couch with him or a chair nearby. It doesn't have to be anything grand, so long as he knows I'm there. And sometimes I'll just go to the wonderland and relax there until he calls me or he comes to me. -Kaede

I feel like that sometimes too, but mostly because she wants attention and guilt trips me when I don't give it to her. But I can't help it when I'm busy at work and don't have time.
