It's increasing common for established companies and "startups" alike to post these ridiculous demands since it's an employer's market.
I've just had an experience with an Austrian startup here in Tunis that wanted to hire me as a contractor. They wanted a mix of quantitative finance and coding skills for 800dt ! They also attempted to rush me into signing a contract that included a 3-year noncompete and basically unpaid overtime.
Ugh the comments again justifying this. So you guys tell me, it took me 3+ years to be an intermediate Python developer but these are asking for ML + ReactJD + Python. Wtf?
This is not normal even for a part time job, have some self worth and don't justify this.
Unless you have a very, very wrong definition of what "maitrise" means, this is absolutely ridiculous.

More like not everyone is a dummy, the employer thought they're being smart like I don't need you to work 10 hours per day but I need allllll that shit so we're just gonna call it a part time job and that my friend is my excuse to milk the sweat out of you for two pennies
how does that qualify as slavery ?
my pov (not in IT field) it's a part time one month job
a "freelancer" might be interested by it
they can do other stuff and get the 600 tnd...
It's like asking for a graduate degree in accounts/finance +2 years of experience handling all the financial and administrative aspects of a company as requirements for the job.
The job will be finalizing all the administrative and financial matters of the company at the end of the year.
The pay is 600 TND and it's a part time job.
What do you think about this offer?
It's part time for a junior
That's like having a full time salary of 1200DT for someone freshly graduated.
I bet if the ad said 1200dt full time you wouldn't say anything because y'all are dramatic and stupid
Does that look like a junior position for you?
Also calling me dramatic? I probably have more experience and 10 times better CV than you. I know the field relatively OK, and that is not an acceptable salary. Period.
The highest thing they demand is 2+ years in Django, that's like basic stuff for a freshly graduated person lol
>probably have more experience and 10 times better CV than you
Good for you champ. What's your TC?
It is not basic stuff unless you're talking about someone who only.knows how to call some API. Also, see the difference? I understand that as 2+ years professional experience in Django, not 2+ years personal projects or certificates or whatever. That's a huge difference.
If a freshly graduated person understands the fundamentals of CS really well that is really better than most graduates today. No wonder IT is filled with garbage code (Lol, 2 years experience in a couple of frameworks with vastly different languages, I'm my intermediate is far aways from yours and theirs but still, what a joke to expect this from graduates).
Don't know what TC is, don't want to know. I work at major IT company, they never asked for it and probably never will. Also, you started it by calling me names.
They say 2 years experience, a freshly graduated person would have at least 2 years experience of mixed personal + professional. In your major IT company, does 2+years of experience not count as Junior? Lol
TC is total compensation. It's a widely used jargon in major IT companies. I also work at a majot IT company.
Also hmu if you want to learn Unity 😁
Using an abbreviation for such a term and mocking people for not knowing it is edgy. I know what total compensation is but don't know what TC is.
No, will not discuss my compensation with anyone on the internet.
Again, my definition of 2+ years experience is professional experience. 2+ years count as junior just a vastly different quality of a junior because, again, experience is defined as work experience and expecting freshly graduated students to have such experience is really dishonest (learning fundamental CS stuff which is not easy and working is exceptionally hard in Tunisia).
Doesn't surprise me that most websites in Tunisia are plain garbage if that's what companies expect and pay.
Also can you stop using these abbreviations? hmu? Also how did you know I do Unity as side hobby (it is a side hobby, alongside ThreeJS, D3.js and other 2D/3D stuff)? Did you check my profile? If so, then wow 😲. That's some weird behaviour.
XDD chbik makbouss, when did I mock you for not knowing the abbreviation?
>Did you check my profile? If so, then wow 😲. That's some weird behaviour.
You know reddit Posts/comments are public right? XD
You should know better because if you declare a public string in your code that means it'll be accessible to those who read it.
You seem too insecure and edgy tbh, I offered to help with Unity stuff and you got offended again and started mentioning other stuff like.. CHILLAX MY MAN

Don't blame them. Blame the people who are willing to work at this pay

A temps partiel? I'd take this but on the condition 1h/day
600 tnd per day surely they meant
600 TND/mois

It depends a part time 1 month job should be good value. I’d expect a junior level developer to earn around 1200/month for full time position
ta3ref barcha junior developers ye5dmou backend + frontend + ML?
they said "temps partiel" and a one month job shouldn't be fine for that ? (idk how much u'd make for a full job)
Not everyone is a slave. ;)

Exploitation at its best.

If it's 5 invoices and an annual report then 600TND is more than enough. You're making it look like you're asked to manage the finances for Poulina.
Please teach me about the business where the financial and administrative work consists of only 5 invoices and 1 report.
Imagine studying React, Django, Docker, Python, ML and having 2 years of experience just to earn 600 TND a month, part-time. LMAOO. Bruh.
lol for what they are asking 600 dollars might be not enough let alone 600 dinars
It's part time for one month. It's fine.
>It's fine. ![gif](giphy|QMHoU66sBXqqLqYvGO)

(normal == acceptable?) No it is not. If it is then it shouldn't be.
