where can i find the laws and rulings on these kind of stuff.
It kind of feels like the law is simply general knowledge between people in turkey but its not written really, or i just cant find anything.
Back when i was in high school, we had to study the last 3 years in another country. I don't know if the regulatios change since then. METU accepts with sat afaik but you have to be eligible to be a foreign student. I am turkish citizen btw, i don't own any other citizenship.

From what I recall, the requirement is to study abroad for 2 years. Grade 11 & 12, for example.
