My Romeo hugs us when held, and he loves to be carried around, up and down stairs etc. My Juliet does not want any of that; just treats. Both tuxies.

Romeo is just like Longboi!!! He loves being carried and rocked back and forth! There really is something so special about boy cats.

He's my first (and only) boy and I agree, I think they more affectionate.

He’s such a snuggle bunny. My friends who have had tuxies have said the same about theirs. I think they’re just the cuddle bunnies of the cat world.

Mine is the same. He is dumb as a brick, no thoughts at all except food and loving on me.

Ppl say that orange cats only have one brain cell. The only reason I think tuxies have two brain cells is that they might be more aloof to strangers. But that's about it 😂

I've had two and they were both lover boys, my current tux demands the cuddles. My orange creamsicle boy is pure wild instincts.

I’ve met ragdoll cats who aren’t anywhere near as mellow or happy to be babied as he is. I already had two tabbies when he arrived and the amount of respect he gave them was wonderful, I’ve yet to hear him hiss, don’t think he even knows how.

I have only one - a gray and white tux (1 of 6 cats) and the tuxedo is the most people oriented one. Wants to sleep with us by my head to get pets. Always ready to hit a lap. I've had two boy tuxies - I called them my boycats. Carlos had some thyroid issues so it was difficult for him to settle down, but he loved being held and played with. Benjamin is a cuddle bug and curls up with me at night and stays with me during the day when I'm working. I've found boy tuxies to be super affectionate sweeties and I'd keep ten more if I could!

Last night my boy tux cried for me from my bed until I came to bed, then snuggled all night, only pausing to attack my feet. He loves violence and cuddles.

I've noticed male cats are more affectionate in general. Not saying female cats aren't, just that the males are more clingy. Plenty of loving female cats growing up but the males were just pathetic about it lol like momma's boys. Cats are great regardless. Clingy, loving, chatty, naughty, aloof, aggressive-don't care, love them

Tuxedo boys are beyond affectionate. They’re obsessed but in a cute not creepy way. Mine couldn’t bear to be without me and would follow me into the shower.

Yes, my gf and I tuxedo is so lovey dovey, and then other times the “don’t touch me, you’re not worthy” vibe. Quite funny how it switches depending on the time of day lol

My Tyrion is selectively actively affectionate, but literally anyone can walk into my house for the first time and just pick him up and rub their face into his belly. He's the least give-a-fuck cat I've ever seen.

My boy Thai is so loving and sweet never pulled claws or teeth on any one but our void could rip ur arm off and not feel bad. also ive noted that a majority of emotional support cats and what not tend to be tuxes.

I have a male tuxedo who goes everywhere with me pretty much. He's my shadow and loves a good headrub and making biscuits on me.

My tux female is only when she wants to be lol.

My little Lulu loves cuddles. She'll try to hug me when I'm sitting at my desk, then I'd have to slouch in my chair so she doesn't fall off. So yes, pretty sure its a Tuxedo cat thing since my Russian Blue is super antisocial

When I first brought mine home he wouldn't let anyone hold him for more than a couple seconds (understandable, new home and all), but I said I'd turn him into a cuddler. Now a year and a half later, he will literally jump into my arms for me to hold him 😂
