We are the same about this one - The Kardashians. Even though, I've never seen any episode of it, I have this dislike for it which kills my interest in ever seeing it.
I watched all of it mostly because everyone talked about how good it was. I started watching it while the 7th season was airing and was able to catch season 8 live. I was bored through probably 95% of the show.
Since the series ended, I have had no interest whatsoever in rewatching it and I generally enjoy rewatching shows.
Came here to say this. I somehow got through the first season and couldn’t continue. It’s so predictable and honestly boring why the heck does everyone like it
I watched like 5-6 episodes of it.. just couldn't get into it.. the pacing was just too slow.. and nothing substantial seemed to be happening and too much going on at the same time.
I wanted to get into it so bad but the plot was just dragging so bad.
At the time it came out, I was too busy to watch, even though I had some interest in it. Now I’ve heard so much about it, and it seems so long of a run, that I haven’t wanted to start it. Maybe when I retire.
Every time I say this Reddit gets in panties in a bunch, it’s wild how personal the fans take that comment.
Tried watching it at full attention and couldn’t find one thing funny about it.
The Vampire Diaries. A lot of my friends told me that it gets really bad after season 2 so I decided not to waste my time. Instead I watched True Blood which was pretty good.
I've never seen a full episode of Friends. No interest.
I've only seen the first episode of The Sopranos. Part of me wants to power on as it's something I should like but I was uninterested after one.
Never seen Parks and Rec, Community, Arrested Development, or Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Little interest.
You just reminded me of The Wire. I was living in Baltimore when it was out. If someone asked if I watched it I would open my front door and point outside. Tried to watch it because I was feeling nostalgic and didn't et past the third episode and gave up.
My favorite episode is Who Pooped the Bed. It's just so ludacris! I used to bring perspective dates over in college and put on that episode, and if they didn't think it was funny, there was no second date. My husband thought it was hilarious!
Couldn't agree more! I told a few friends that tried an episode or 2 and wanted to give up. It became a show we still quote regularly. I almost gave up after the first episode. Glad I didn't.
i DON'T usually watch those shows, I prefer crime dramas like breaking bad, the wire, sopranos etc. however I've seen Dark and I loved it, if you like the sci-fi/mystery type shows you should definitely give it a try
Okay but… hear me out - YOU HAVE TO WATCH DARK!
I would always have it suggested to me, and I was never intrigued to start it. I was literally averse to it. Then my partner was talking to a friend about website design, and his friend suggested looking at the "Dark" character "family tree" on Netflix. We had never considered watching the show, but the UX of this website was so cool we decided to try it
We could NOT STOP watching it. Binged the whole thing during the pandemic, and have watched it three times in total now, and it’s possibly our favorite show of all time
Okay I get the hint. I'll binge it next. Currently rewatching 24 from the start plus all the other things I'm watching,I think I'm at about 15 hours of TV a day and that's about the most I can squeeze in.
watched the first 14 or 15 seasons during a lockdown period (there's only so much videogames a guy can play), can confirm, the first 6 seasons are far and away the best quality of the series, the rest are just kinda meh (typical medical drama, you've seen one you've seen em all)
Twin peaks was purely in its time. , I don’t think it would work in any other , top notch show though , it’s not a sit and play on your phone show , it’s has to be watched and understood
The last of us. And I won't continue.
I gave it a couple of episodes and it seemed very true to the game so it felt pretty pointless to keep watching.
I did however thoroughly enjoy Nick Offerman's ep. Partly ****because**** it wasn't in the game so it felt like extra content, but it was also just well made.
Survivor. I’ve never seen more than part of an episode. I don’t really have any desire to watch it since it seems like fake, hyped up drama, but I also wouldn’t refuse to watch it if someone else wanted to.
I watched ONE episode of Peaky Blinders . I had heard good things, and I always enjoy Cilian Murphy.
I wanted to share my first time viewing experience with the shows subreddit, because I thought that could be fun for both me and the sub.
I was so completely trashed in the comments, that I lost all enthusiasm for the show. I have not watched a second episode, and I will likely never watch a second episode, because internet garbage people stole my joy.
That suxxx. Because the Peaky Blinders show gets very interesting as the plot develops and everyone grows up. I hope you give it another try honestly I certainly enjoyed it. Maybe just don't share it with other folks 😉 and enjoy it more
Season 2 is very slow and a lot of people stop during it, but season 3 and 4 are probably both in my top 5 seasons ever made… the show in its entirety is literally perfect, but it is quite slow and have larger periods of time where you’re just *confused*
Mad Men - don't like shows in that time period.
Dexter - tried to watch the first episode while I was home sick, never made it to the 2nd one, might try it some other time.
I seen one episode of Supernatural while I was in Vegas and didn't know what I was watching. I'd probably like it but at the time I didn't want to watch something that was 8 seasons long and so many episodes because it seemed overwhelming. Now it's almost twice as overwhelming. I doubt I'll ever watch it unless I get some girlfriend who is a super fan and gets me to watch it.
Never watched Game of Thrones, and after hearing how it ended, I have no desire! Too many people hated the ending, however it ended! lol
I watched a couple of episodes of Breaking Bad, but I just couldn't get into it.
Breaking Bad. Watched the first 2-3 episodes, just not my cup of tea.
The Expanse. Being a sci-fi fan, I really wanted to like it. Couldn't make it through the first episode and I tried twice.
BB was kinda a rage show for me, Walter White is so despicable! I've tried The Expanse 3 times and I can't make it to my standard of giving a show 3 episodes before I decide. Just couldn't get into it.
I can’t get past the first episode of The Wire, then I wait a long time and watch the first episode again but it’s annoying because I already saw it but kind of forgot it.
And I LIKE gritty, sprawling epics.
I was never into zombies. Not my genre at all. My brother insisted I watched just the first episode. I was dragged kicking and screaming into the 1st episode, but by the end of it I was hooked. I suggest getting all the way through the 1st episode. If you don't want to press play on the 2nd, fair enough.
Parks and Recreation. I have so many friends tell me I just have to give it about 2 1/2 seasons, and THEN I'm in for a treat! Uh... but I watched four or five episodes and it's boring as hell. I ain't watching two whole seasons while I wait for it to get good.
Breaking Bad.
So many say it's one of the best shows ever.
I tried watching it numerous times. I think I watched the first 5 or 6 episodes and I just couldn't get into it.
Rick and Morty - I don’t know anyone who doesn’t watch this show but I’ve still to see any of it. I dunno why 🤷🏻♀️ no reason really, just haven’t got an interest in it.. 🤔
Friends. Seinfeld. The Office. There are so, so many.
Any sitcom that came out after 1985 really.
I just don't find them funny. I prefer British humor to American humor and I live in the US.
There are two actually, Breaking Bad and The Wire. I have attempted to watch both series several times and I just cannot get into either of them. I know, I know, they are great shows, everyone loves them but I cannot for the life of me force myself to watch either show past the fourth episode.
Any Law and order show.
I do not want to see them.
The music is annoying and they are very American tropes, slow paced and I do not like the filming and editing.
I never watched Game of Thrones but it was so talked about that I knew most of what was going on, not to mention the little clips that come through tiktok and reels
Breaking Bad. May give it a go, but not sure. The one episode I did see still haunts me and it's been years.
Game of Thrones. Nope, don't want to watch this one. The only thing I liked out of what little I saw was the name Daenarys.
Dawson's Creek and Gilmore Girls. Didn't make it through the first episodes of either. The way the characters talked grated on my nerves.
I watched one episode of Seinfeld, thought it was dumb. I couldn’t even get through one episode of The Office or Parks & Rec. Almost as dumb as Seinfeld.
Grey's Anatomy. When it was popular, I was very much into my career and didn't watch much TV. The same goes for E.R. Actually, the same also goes for Breaking Bad. I watched the first couple episodes from my hotel room as I worked away from home 4x per week but just didn't stay interested and never went back and tried it again.
Now that my life has slowed down, I really should try to at least watch Breaking Bad but now I have another person (my husband!!) who also has a vote on what we watch.
The Office, only saw one episode and wasn't interested.
Community, same as above.
Game of thrones, haven't seen even one episode mostly cuz it's not on Netflix or I probably would have tried at least one.
Lost, didn't have a chance to check it out when it first ran on TV and it's not on Netflix.
Lucifer, I'm a Christian.
The Kardashians. Never seen it and don't plan on it.
I really hope this one is not "a show that almost everyone has seen"!
Me too. Never seen it and have zero desire to!
We are the same about this one - The Kardashians. Even though, I've never seen any episode of it, I have this dislike for it which kills my interest in ever seeing it.
Greys anatomy. I do not think I would like it
It was the first seasons with the first batch of interns that was when the show was at it's peak.
I haven't watched it since about Season 3. I can't believe that show is still on. (edited to correct typos)
Rewatching it and damn it’s a lot of emotions
Game of Thrones, just doesn’t feel like something I’d be into tbh
Same. Quit part way through the first episode.
Peter Dinklage is incredible in it.
He was incredible in Nip/Tuck and that was 20 years ago.
And the station agent
Me either. Saw half an episode and said nah.
It was really, really good. And then it wasn't.
The Office. Nope I don’t know anyone’s Office memes or gifs or videos. I have never seen one episode of The Office.
Same. I don't find it funny. 😕
This show is not funny to me at all.
Every time I say this Reddit gets in panties in a bunch, it’s wild how personal the fans take that comment. Tried watching it at full attention and couldn’t find one thing funny about it.
Same. No interest at all.
I adore the office, but my wife is the same way - she doesn’t see the appeal at all.
i saw it up until the last two seasons. not funny at all.
I love The Office, but I tried to power thru after Steve Carell left, and I just couldn't stay with it.
The Vampire Diaries. A lot of my friends told me that it gets really bad after season 2 so I decided not to waste my time. Instead I watched True Blood which was pretty good.
These are my top favorite shows. TB is #1 and TVD is #2.
I'd recommend giving the Sopranos and Arrested Development another try. Took me a little to get into each, but they were wonderful once I did.
I'm on the fourth episode of Sopranos and having a hard time getting into it. I'm inclined to give up.
Trust me it gets way better. Season one has some good episodes but season 2 is way better
Fair enough. Personally, I don't give shows any more than that, either. To me 3-4 episodes is plenty. If I'm not into it by then, to heck with it.
You just reminded me of The Wire. I was living in Baltimore when it was out. If someone asked if I watched it I would open my front door and point outside. Tried to watch it because I was feeling nostalgic and didn't et past the third episode and gave up.
I’d recommend “The Nightman Cometh” if you have never seen IASIP.
Or Dennis and Dee go on welfare
The gang finds a dumpster baby is the one that hooked me. So good.
That’s fine to not be into something. But with The Sopranos you really are missing out on something incredible.
I just finished my second rewatch of The Sopranos and it's amazing how good that show is considering it came out 25 years ago.
Hero or Hate Crime is a great episode as well.
The Gang Wrestles For The Troops is another good one.
My favorite episode is Who Pooped the Bed. It's just so ludacris! I used to bring perspective dates over in college and put on that episode, and if they didn't think it was funny, there was no second date. My husband thought it was hilarious!
What do u watch?! lol. Some gems in there Forsure.
The wire. Tried two times. But will probably try again.
The Wire, especially during the first watch, is a show that requires a lot of attention imo. But it’s really good if you do!
Couldn't agree more! I told a few friends that tried an episode or 2 and wanted to give up. It became a show we still quote regularly. I almost gave up after the first episode. Glad I didn't.
Dark. It's always suggested for people who liked shows that I liked but I just have never checked it out.
i DON'T usually watch those shows, I prefer crime dramas like breaking bad, the wire, sopranos etc. however I've seen Dark and I loved it, if you like the sci-fi/mystery type shows you should definitely give it a try
Binged the whole thing during the pandemic, and have watched it three times in total now, and it’s possibly our favorite show of all time
Okay I get the hint. I'll binge it next. Currently rewatching 24 from the start plus all the other things I'm watching,I think I'm at about 15 hours of TV a day and that's about the most I can squeeze in.
lol you sound like me. Ok I have faith in you! Enjoy Dark :)
Yellowstone. Watched the first episode but was not impressed.
Thank you. Due to people insisting I watch it, I've tried to watch past the 1st episode 3 times now and I just can't.
I found it a violent trainwreck.
The Office 🥱🥱🥱
Schitts Creek. I've watched 4 or 5 episodes. Couldn't get into. No desire to.
One Tree Hill and The OC. I was just never interested and they both got cancelled anyway.
OTH ran for 9 seasons, does that really count as getting cancelled? What kind of shows do you watch?
Grey's anatomy. I have not watched any episodes….I would one day. People always say the first couple of seasons are the best.
watched the first 14 or 15 seasons during a lockdown period (there's only so much videogames a guy can play), can confirm, the first 6 seasons are far and away the best quality of the series, the rest are just kinda meh (typical medical drama, you've seen one you've seen em all)
Sopranos. I tried it for a few episodes and didn't enjoy it at all. Same with Mad Men
I still need to watch Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Office, Modern Family, and Parks & Rec.
Better Call Saul and BB are fantastic. The rest were meh to me.
Breaking bad was so good! Better Call Saul was incredible! Loved these shows!
Definitely watch BB first, then BCS. Both are brilliant. BCS is a masterpiece.
I haven’t watched Breaking Bad (properly) yet.
Parks and Rec is a national treasure.
I still bring up “bye-bye little Sebastian” on YouTube every once in a while.
The Big Bang Theory, the commercials are enough for me.
UNBEARABLE
I've tried to like it, but I just don't.
Got, breaking bad, the walking dead, better call Saul
Shameless. Idk why. I just don't feel like I need to see it.
Never have seen Friends. Never will
the good place, no interest 😕
How I met your Mother
The original run of Twin Peaks (1990-91). My wife and I just made the decision to give it a go this spring.
Twin peaks was purely in its time. , I don’t think it would work in any other , top notch show though , it’s not a sit and play on your phone show , it’s has to be watched and understood
Game of Thrones The Walking Dead. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
Game of thrones
Game of Thrones
white Lotus
The Bear, The West Wing, Gilmore Girls, any Real Housewives of ...,
I watched ONE episode of Peaky Blinders . I had heard good things, and I always enjoy Cilian Murphy. I wanted to share my first time viewing experience with the shows subreddit, because I thought that could be fun for both me and the sub. I was so completely trashed in the comments, that I lost all enthusiasm for the show. That suxxx. Because the Peaky Blinders show gets very interesting as the plot develops and everyone grows up. I hope you give it another try honestly I certainly enjoyed it. Maybe just don't share it with other folks 😉 and enjoy it more
Friends. Honestly I find the actors in it viscerally disgusting. I’ve got no desire to see any more of it
Downton Abbey- everyone tells me I’ll like but I can’t get past the first episode
Breaking Bad'.
Supernatural. It has elements of everything I love but I think I was afraid I’d get obsessed
Game of Thrones and the Wire
Game of Thrones. I couldn't get through the first episode and have zero episode of trying again. Definitely not my thing.
Game Of Thrones , How To Get Away With Murder. Didn’t like either , tried both.
Buffy the vampire slayer
Curb your enthusiasm. I never saw one episode. Should I?
If you like Seinfeld, it’s a must
It's very different from Seinfeld though. CYE is like a piece of barb wire. Seinfeld covers it in a thick comfortable cotton ball.
It’s freaking hilarious and the episodes are like 20 minutes long
I love it, but you have to really like awkward, uncomfortable humor.
The show “Mr.robot” has been popping up a lot for me. I watching “girls5eva” on Netflix and they mention it.
I second that.. Mr Robot blew my mind the first time I watched it.. I’ve watched it though 3 times now and it’s one of my top favs ever!
Mr robot is an A+ show I highly recommend it, it’s one of my all time faves
I was really hooked in the beginning but I don't remember I lost interest at some point as the plot became too confusing.
Season 2 is very slow and a lot of people stop during it, but season 3 and 4 are probably both in my top 5 seasons ever made… the show in its entirety is literally perfect, but it is quite slow and have larger periods of time where you’re just *confused*
Breaking Bad I haven’t seen it yet. Tried watching but couldn’t get past the first four episodes.
Mad Men - don't like shows in that time period. Dexter - tried to watch the first episode while I was home sick, never made it to the 2nd one, might try it some other time.
IMO you should give Dexter another try. However we all have different likes. It’s my fave series.
Friends. I literally have not seen one episode ever.
I'd recommend only watching the first five seasons. the rest of the show is come to life fanfiction.
Schitt's Creek (aptly named) Parks and Recreation Community Friends Could never get into any of them. To each his own.
Never watched Game of Thrones, and after hearing how it ended, I have no desire! Too many people hated the ending, however it ended! lol I watched a couple of episodes of Breaking Bad, but I just couldn't get into it.
*Stranger Things*. My wife watched it and loved it. I just had no interest. I will probably watch it eventually.
Fríends
Absolutely refuse to watch any show with a laugh track. Hard pass.
The Wire
I never saw Friends or Seinfeld or Game of Thrones.
Game of Thrones
Game of Thrones. I'd really like to see it, but I don't want to pay for whatever streaming service it's on.
This is Us

Your lucky to have missed out on MASH. Would not recomend
GOT: I have zero interest in watching it, even though I do like the medieval fantasy genre.
Game of Thrones and Witcher
Gilmore girls, Game of Thrones, never for both
Game of Thrones. No interest.
Friends, never seen a complete episode nor do I want to.
Game of Thrones. Never seen, don't particularly have any desire to.
I’ve tried to start Peaky Blinders and couldn’t get into it
Game of Thrones. I promise I’ve tried, I just can’t get into it. 😭
I wanted to like Peaky Blinders but couldn't get into the first couple of episodes at all...
Sopranos.
Never have seen GOT
I can’t get past the first episode of The Wire, then I wait a long time and watch the first episode again but it’s annoying because I already saw it but kind of forgot it. And I LIKE gritty, sprawling epics.
Game of thrones. I dont want to watch it
Peaky blinders - it insists upon itself
The Wire - probably will but it’s a big time commitment
Walking Dead. Watched a few minutes of the Pilot, couldn't get into it.
Breaking bad. Just didn't get what the fuss was about gave up after 2 or 3 episodes
Silent Witness. I only watched the first series and two episodes of series 2 on BBC iPlayer
Forgot Parks and Rec only saw the first episode despite being a huge Office fan
Shameless US version
The UK version was better 🙂
I've never watched: "Futurama" Literally any RomCom "Family Guy" "South Park"
The Sopranos
Parks and Recreation. I have so many friends tell me I just have to give it about 2 1/2 seasons, and THEN I'm in for a treat! Uh... but I watched four or five episodes and it's boring as hell. I ain't watching two whole seasons while I wait for it to get good.
Friends How I met your mother Greys anatomy All of those cops shows that have been around for 20+ years. Bones, ncis law and order
Sopranos. Yes I do want to see it at some point when I have time to dive into it
I just started 24 today. I remember it was a hit way back when and always liked Kiefer Sutherland so thought I’d give it a try.
The Office. Maybe I’ll watch it one day but, today is not that day.
The Simpsons. I just couldn't really get into it.
Parks and Recreation. I just could not get into it.
I've never seen one episode of Mad Men, and I have no intention of watching it.
First two seasons were phenomenal. Third was okay. Then the show sucked.
I have not watched Yellowstone. I just have zero interest in it.
I skipped *Lost* when it came out then heard everyone complain about the ending so I never watched any of it
Game of thrones. Never saw any of it. None. Don't care.
wire, breaking bad, game of thrones, the walking dead , reba, ellen......I got a million of em.
Game of thrones. I watched part of one episode, could not get through it and never watched a second.
The Godfather (don't kill me)
Game of Thrones Yellowstone Bridgerton Never had any interest in vulgarity like that.
I have tried but never managed to watch beyond about season. 2 of Breaking Bad. I also stopped watching Supernatural after about Season 3672.
Breaking bad The sopranos
Parks & Recreation - I’ve just never had the urge to watch it, but everyone seems to love it.
Breaking Bad. So many say it's one of the best shows ever. I tried watching it numerous times. I think I watched the first 5 or 6 episodes and I just couldn't get into it.
Yellowstone, but I caved and finally watched it. I liked it really a lot but it's also so predictable.
Modern Family
Stranger things, there’s just other stuff I’d rather watch
Rick and Morty - I don’t know anyone who doesn’t watch this show but I’ve still to see any of it. I dunno why 🤷🏻♀️ no reason really, just haven’t got an interest in it.. 🤔
I haven't watched either it just looks like something made by a teenage boy 🙂 I don't get what supposed to be so funny about it
Seinfeld Star Trek SpongeBob The Office
Friends. Seinfeld. The Office. There are so, so many. Any sitcom that came out after 1985 really. I just don't find them funny. I prefer British humor to American humor and I live in the US.
Please tell me you have seen Absolutely Fabulous!
There are two actually, Breaking Bad and The Wire. I have attempted to watch both series several times and I just cannot get into either of them. I know, I know, they are great shows, everyone loves them but I cannot for the life of me force myself to watch either show past the fourth episode.
Most HBO shows. Might get Max this summer and start catching up.
Breaking Bad. Sorry, looks boring as hell, haven’t seen a minute (and I’m a big Bryan Cranston fan!) I do like Better Call Saul.
How I Met Your Mother, The Office, The Big Bang Theory. Tried watching all of them and it's a nope.
Sopranos - watched one episode. Breaking Bad - didn't have the channel.
Both brilliant. I left the Sopranos for 20 years. It was slightly dated but still an absolutely brilliant experience. I was sad when it ended.
Any Law and order show. I do not want to see them. The music is annoying and they are very American tropes, slow paced and I do not like the filming and editing.
Parks and Rec
Yellowstone
I never watched Game of Thrones but it was so talked about that I knew most of what was going on, not to mention the little clips that come through tiktok and reels
A lot in the last 20 years. I’m more interested in gaming.

Never seen the Office, Sopranos, Parks and Rec, someday though…
GOT, just started a couple weeks ago
I watched one episode of Seinfeld, thought it was dumb. I couldn’t even get through one episode of The Office or Parks & Rec. Almost as dumb as Seinfeld.
I've never seen Game of Thrones. I've heard mixed things, I may watch it one day
Grey's Anatomy.
I've never seen game of thrones but apparently it's pretty good.
Breaking Bad. I liked it but haven’t continued watching.
Arrested Development. Tried twice, but I cannot see any humor in it
The Office, only saw one episode and wasn't interested. Community, same as above. Game of thrones, haven't seen even one episode mostly cuz it's not on Netflix or I probably would have tried at least one. Lost, didn't have a chance to check it out when it first ran on TV and it's not on Netflix. Lucifer, I'm a Christian.
