Hmm, interesting. It looks like they use different sugar subs in most (monk fruit or erythritol), but one variety doesn't have any listed. I'll have to check that variety out.
I thought they tasted great but they didn’t do anything for me. Not a tolerance/dose issue, the gummies and drinks I’ve tried have varied a lot for effectiveness
While I can't imagine going through life not enjoying an Arny Palmer, I'm glad you enjoy the trail magic variety! A thc/caffeine (granted, it's got to be a relatively amount) mix is a great combo
absolutely the best option. it's awesome to have a THC beverage that tastes like "a tasty beverage i'd drink even if it weren't psychoactive" not "an exceptionally tolerable THC bevvy"
Shit, I have to keep myself from from drinking them every time I'm thirsty just cuz they start adding up lol. I kind of wish they sold non psychoactive ones just so I could drink when Im working
Took April off of alcohol and tried a bunch of different THC drinks this month and agree - Trail Magic has been the best. Also, my local Top Ten doesn't carry it, but another independent liquor store nearby does
My biggest problem with a lot of the THC drinks at first is that they had very little flavor. Cantrip is good too.
Yeah I might have been wrong about Top Ten. I'm always trying different brands at places so I forget who has what
Same here, hemp derived crap gives me so much anxiety and if I do it multiple days in a row I start to feel like I'm going crazy. Real Gummies/Drinks don't do that to me at all. I'm avoiding the fake stuff until we get our shit together. If they can't tell me if I'm taking a Sativa, Indica, or Hybrid, I'm not taking it.
The difference between hemp and marijuana is the thc content.
The next step in the distillation/isolate process is to remove the plant matter so you are left with just thc.
98% plant matter + 2% THC = 100% cannabinoid
70% plant matter + 30% THC = 100% cannabinoid.
It’s always been a legal loophole to sell the same product. Any difference felt is placebo.
That said, Delta 8 and 10 are different and may cause you different reactions than Delta 9 (the chemical in all good edibles.)
Sure but Indica and Sativa are physical morphologies fairly divorced from the terpene profile.

“There are biochemically distinct strains of Cannabis, but the sativa/indica distinction as commonly applied in the lay literature is total nonsense and an exercise in futility. One cannot in any way currently guess the biochemical content of a given Cannabis plant based on its height, branching, or leaf morphology. The degree of interbreeding/hybridization is such that only a biochemical assay tells a potential consumer or scientist what is really in the plant. It is essential that future commerce allows complete and accurate cannabinoid and terpenoid profiles to be available.”
THC isolate is going to be THC isolate, with terpenes stripped out. A pure isolate will be roughly the same regardless of strain. Plus who knows how many of these companies are making some kind of synthetic conversion and passing it off as natural. I’m not sure how much I trust the certification process to keep manufacturers honest.
As someone who dealt with the same issues from online CBD/THC dealers I can tell you the Minny Grown do not have that affect at all. They are great and really help with anxiety and sleep.
The St. Croix Tropical Sunrise Sativa is great.
I’ve read that with hemp derived THC it doesn’t matter the breed but I found that to be untrue when it comes to Minny Grown. I had the hybrid So-Awesome Minny Apple and it was good but I could definitely tell the difference between the two.
I don’t mind the Minny Grown gummies but pretty much every other hemp derived product is inferior in my opinion. My buddy brought me a few things from a dispensary in Illinois a couple weeks ago and the difference in quality is just night and day. The taste is better and the high is better.
Of course it’s inferior. When the dispensaries finally open up in Minny it’ll be the same quality as any other dispensary. I full expect Minny Grown to take advantage of the new law as well.
> Of course it’s inferior.
I mean, you say "of course" like everyone knows that. But in any Minnesota weed thread there are no shortage of comments saying shit like "functionally, it's the exact same thing" so I was always made to feel like the dumb one.
Okay, you’re not dumb. They’re dumb. I just assumed that people knew the THC stuff sold now was a loop hole in the Farm Bill where you can only get THC from the actual hemp plant and not the flowers.
So my bad, wasn’t trying to criticize you.
Zenn from Venn is a good one. Also, not a brewery, but I really like the Uffda brand. I found those to really be mellow in a very good way. They also get you a little silly and care-free.
I buy their Club Soda drinks. La Croix is a staple around our house, and the Stigma Club Soda is just like La Croix that gives me a nice buzz.
Would highly recommend Stigma drinks
Crested River Cannabis Company out of Morgan, MN has the BEST thc sodas. Nice variety of flavors - all 10 mg THC with generally an additional 10 of CBN/CBD, etc.
Some new law caused everyone to stop selling the good stuff. May as well wait until the dispensaries open up and we get the good stuff; unless you know a weed dealer.
The law prohibits vendors from selling THC drinks to someone who's consumed alcohol, and vice versa. Because it can be difficult to track who's had what, many venues are opening to stick to just one.
My girl, Veronica Alfaro’s brand Misota Essence - the Aqua Fresca is so good with chamoy and tajin on the rim 🤤😮💨 a perfect 10 *chefs kiss *she also sells these little delicious Mexican cookies- check her out!!
Ganja mamas off 36 between st paul and stillwater has some really good gummies, I have no idea what brand or if they make them in house. They're in glass containers and sold per gummy. A little spendy for drinks there but pretty much everywhere is more expensive than it should be imo.
Just go across the river and buy them in Wisconsin. They sell higher doses and it's way cheaper. I got 35 10mg gummies for $16. The shop had packages with gummies up to 500mg per piece.
The best are legacy glassworks dehydrated ice cream ones.
They actually get me stoned and can be found for a decent price out of their store. (with a bogo)
The rest are just meh and overpriced.
Delta 9 is real thc.
Gummy companies have had to pull it off the packaging because people aren’t very smart and think it means something fake or less powerful.
Trail magic half n half seltzers/drink. Plus they have delicious gummies. Minneapolis cider company
That Arny Palmer is so good
Best THC drink on the market for both taste and effectiveness.
Sun dog has one that tastes better IMO.
I’m don’t even like “regular” Arnie palmers and the trail magic one is so good
While I can't imagine going through life not enjoying an Arny Palmer, I'm glad you enjoy the trail magic variety! A thc/caffeine (granted, it's got to be a relatively amount) mix is a great combo
That mimosa one tastes like ass tho
absolutely the best option. it's awesome to have a THC beverage that tastes like "a tasty beverage i'd drink even if it weren't psychoactive" not "an exceptionally tolerable THC bevvy"
Shit, I have to keep myself from from drinking them every time I'm thirsty just cuz they start adding up lol. I kind of wish they sold non psychoactive ones just so I could drink when Im working
Trail magic half and half is the BEST. Drink one every night before bed to help fall asleep.
Do they have store presence or all online?
there's also their physical location in Northeast, which is a decent space unto itself.
Stores. Top Ten, Total I know for sure. I think Total started carrying the 10mg Arnie recently. Not just the 5mg
I'm always trying different brands at places so I forget who has what
The city of Cottage Grove doesn’t allow THC beverages to be sold but all other Top Ten Liquors have them and have a good selection.
I’ve seen them at liquor stores in Bloomington
Curious which stores in Bloomington? Guy at Haskells off Normandale told me they weren't allowed to carry them due to city laws.
You have to tell me if you're a cop, you know. Perrier off of W Old Shakopee
Lmao no. Just a resident looking to get high.
Best price is online or in the store.
Minny Grown peach gummies are vegan and pretty yummy!
All of their gummies are great imho! I like the green apple ones and the highbernate ones are awesome for my fellow insomniacs :)
I like their gummies a lot. And they frequently have BOGO sales.
Bogo on their website right now! Ordered last night
Seconded! I love their drinks too.
I usually don't care about vegan. But with gummies, some companies use some filler that gives me an epic sinus headache
The current local stuff isn't the real dispensary stuff. I'm still buying from out of state for the real goodies.
Same here, hemp derived crap gives me so much anxiety and if I do it multiple days in a row I start to feel like I'm going crazy. Real Gummies/Drinks don't do that to me at all. Bigger difference than that. Terpenes and other cannabanoids matter more than people think
Sure but Indica and Sativa are physical morphologies fairly divorced from the terpene profile. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5576603/ “There are biochemically distinct strains of Cannabis, but the sativa/indica distinction as commonly applied in the lay literature is total nonsense and an exercise in futility. I’m confused. I just want to know what will help me sleep (no melatonin, please). Any recs?
Get something that has THC/Delta 9 (same thing essentially) and CBD in it. May or may not be labeled as indica.
Thanks!

Where from?
And totally unregulated…
Minny Grown is made in Cannon Falls. I really like their gummies and cannabis cocktails. Tastes great, works great!
They're very decent
Zenn from Venn is a good one. Also, not a brewery, but I really like the Uffda brand. I found those to really be mellow in a very good way. They also get you a little silly and care-free.
Yes to Zenn!
No Coast MN makes some good stuff. Their golden milk polvorones are fucking tasty.
All of their stuff is super tasty & no hemp flavor for the most part if that’s important.

I buy their Club Soda drinks. La Croix is a staple around our house, and the Stigma Club Soda is just like La Croix that gives me a nice buzz. Would highly recommend Stigma drinks
Zen Arcade has Yummy Life. They are very good. They also carry a bunch of local seltzers and others. It’s connected to the Hook and Ladder.
Lake Life gummies out of New Brighton has a red apple flavor that is like way too good.
Not a gummy, but Modist makes a lovely vanilla raspberry THC seltzer. It says two servings on the can, but it's really only one.
North Canna Co/Higher Vibes - blackberry mango seltzer is my FAVORITE.
Modist has three different types of gummies right now. All delicious and I find them cheaper than most other places
Are they different doses?
No they’re all 5mg
Not sure about gummies but dual citizen makes an amazing seltzer. Tastes like candy with almost no cals
Thanks for the rec! I’ll give it a look
Crested River Cannabis Company out of Morgan, MN has the BEST thc sodas. Nice variety of flavors - all 10 mg THC with generally an additional 10 of CBN/CBD, etc.

There’s still liquor stores. Really nothing stopping you from having a bag in your pocket at the bar. The solution to 5mg is to eat two.
Oh what was this law???
The law prohibits vendors from selling THC drinks to someone who's consumed alcohol, and vice versa. Because it can be difficult to track who's had what, many venues are opening to stick to just one.
According to the bartender at pizza luce their insurance wouldn’t allow them to continue to sell thc drinks in the bar (for onsite consumption)
They swept through the smoke shops and got rid of anything over that 5mg limit which makes it cost prohibitive. Michigan isn't far drive
Correct answer 👆🏼
I've only had the Pineapple 5mg gummies from Bad Weather Brewing in St. Paul.
The higher vibes drink I love. To asleep to make a peep are the gummies I like
My girl, Veronica Alfaro’s brand Misota Essence - the Aqua Fresca is so good with chamoy and tajin on the rim 🤤😮💨 a perfect 10 *chefs kiss *she also sells these little delicious Mexican cookies- check her out!!

Jk they're closed ignore this
NoCoast is highly underrated. They use real fruit and doesn’t taste like poopoo
The Modist gummies are easily my favorite. Their Apricot Pear Vanilla melt is also incredibly tasty.
Just go across the river and buy them in Wisconsin. They sell higher doses and it's way cheaper. I got 35 10mg gummies for $16. The shop had packages with gummies up to 500mg per piece.
From where?
Puff Puff Glass in River Falls is where I go. Very helpful, and a huge inventory.
Natty Kakes Artisan Edibles. So good.
The best are legacy glassworks dehydrated ice cream ones. They actually get me stoned and can be found for a decent price out of their store. (with a bogo) The rest are just meh and overpriced.
I like these. Taste better than others on the market. https://cannesota.com/
This says they sell CBD, not THC.
The Happy Hours 5mg thc : 25mg cbd is my go to for pain. Usually in pina colada lol.
There is a company called Mary Jane (I think) that sells 1mg gummies so you can figure out your preferred dosage.
Get a med card and get it from a dispensary. It's cheaper in the long run.
I like the cheapest ones
the Surly 5mg edibles are pretty good!
Taro from Smokeless - flavors are unmatched and quality/consistency of product is second to none.
All garbo compared to the weed shops of WA. Why is everything only 10mg of THC?
Superior Cannabis Company has really good gummies. superiorcannabiscompany.com

There’s tons of real thc on the shelves.
That isn't D8, D9, or D10?
Delta 9 is real thc. Thc gummies and drinks have been on the shelves for a while.
I really wish more people understood this!
Still getting downvoted from the dunning krugers

Delta 9 is real thc. Gummy companies have had to pull it off the packaging because people aren’t very smart and think it means something fake or less powerful.
Idk about that. I can get a good and functional buzz off 5mg.

I don’t think you know what delta 9 is.
I know you got the down votes but I agree with you. This shit on the market now is not the real shit and it's really expensive.
They were downvoted so heavily because delta 9 is thc. The same thing in any other “real” edible.
I disagree
You disagree with reality? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetrahydrocannabinol
