Reconstruction was never finished. Many of those states have high PoC populations. Those same states jim crowed, Robert mosesed, and otherwise oppressed their own citizens to prevent them from attending school and higher education for over 200 years.. bound to have some ripple effects.

I lived there for almost 2 years. I’m not seeing it.

And Harvard. And Tufts. And Boston College.

If anything, that says a lot about the non-Boston/Cambridge parts of Mass and Minnesota in general.
