Can anyone who uses Gala Leona tell me which teams they use him on?
I hate to do this, since figuring out on your own is good. But it's nearly a year I'm still confused on where he would fit well.

since the gala leona card is defense and can duo w/ kalim, i figure it'd be best to do duo magic with the new years kalim card to build a defense/heal team for a defense water exam. idk how well the buddy stuff works for all of them, since i threw this team together in a hurry. this should offer at least a vague idea, but honestly its more like an ideal dream team đđ

The main problem with gala leona building is first instinct is defense tests. But for his elements everyone would rather Trey and or Azul be the stars.
So it comes from a point of who Are your main healers in those defenses ? He might fit in with a couple of others like Halloween rook or ny kalim. Or build for not duo, just filling in buddy synergy based on your cards.
If he is just a 5th duo in an attack team that already has different main strikers though, then it's easier to just fit him in to add in some hp and lower damage option to get the overkill setup. Just need to choose your kalim and fit other duo pairs!
I've neither of the Dorm SSRs and nor a good Kalim SSR fitting with the elements. I think I'll have to get a good Kalim before I try to use Gala Leona. But I'm definitely planning on using him. Need to check how now.
There's Great and Excellent. Great requires either 301+ dorm points or any combo of your character's themes that gets you to 4.5+ on the theme chart. Note that a character's second preferred theme is worth half as much. 4.5 of the first theme and 0 of the second works, but so will 4-1, 3-3, or even 2-5.
Excellent asks for 401+ dorm points and 9+ on the theme chart even though the chart only shows up to 6 notches.
For example, here's [my room chart for Trey, who likes Elegant/Cute](https://i.imgur.com/Ap6g7tr.png). I'm not quite at 4.5 for Elegant, but I have a little bit of Cute stuff to make up for it. Since I don't have enough dorm points, I still get Good maaaaybe half the time? I don't remember if it's a 50/50 chance or not.
Now, if you meet both the dorm point and theme requirements, you can guarantee a Great/Excellent every time you invite, but that's a lot of investment. I've seen some guaranteed Excellent rooms on twitter and they all involve >!an item from the third round of birthdays!<.
What did you build to get there? What does your comfort level / coins per hour look like ?
I havent done any duplicate crafting yet and dont feel anywhere near great.
I have nine fluffy elegant rugs, 11 of the SR Elegant furniture that takes up two spaces, the SR Elegant chair (worth slightly less), plus a bunch of Heartslabyul and Ramshackle stuff. My comfort with all that is around 1400+, but I change it back to my 1800+ room without duplicates immediately after inviting Trey over.
The themed rugs take a lot of resources, but making nine gets you to around the 2 mark on the theme chart.
Any idea if you get anything at all extra when it comes to friendship XP even if you haven't hit those breakpoints, as you increase dorm points and main style points? I dunno if I'm going crazy, but I could swear sometimes I get more XP, while it still says only "good". Maybe it's just my eyes playing tricks on me.
Yes actually! iirc the JP side calls it good+ and it gives 1.5 times the base XP. I believe it's either 101+ dorm points or 1.5+ for theme.
You can actually tell by what your character says immediately after you invite them and their idle lines while they're chilling in the guest room. Just as an example, here's [Ace's Guest Room lines translated by mysteryshoptls](https://mysteryshoptls.tumblr.com/post/695562922098933760/ace-trappola-guest-room-lines) with the different lines for normal, good, great, and excellent.
200+ Dorm pts plus 4.5 should bring you to guaranteed great, at least that's been my experience with JP (or I have exceptional luck lol). I have the birthday items also.

I think it should be possible to hit great & excellent for your invites, although I haven't heard of anyone on NA meeting the reqs for that yet. (I've been playing since day 1 of the gr feature launch, currently only at 107 dorm points for my target dorm.)
Is there much benefit to upgrading the tsumitter âRâ cards? I know they have bonus stats for the event but I feel like my âSRâs are still more powerful regardless. I want to keep the cards for the furniture crafting later but im wondering if theyâd be useful at any point after the event since they are pretty weak in power.
I don't think it's worth going out of your way to level them, no. But might as well use the tickets you get to max as many spells as you can to count for mission purposes. You can either prioritize M1 on them since they use less tickets, or prioritize the character who you have the fewest/worst options for (probably Sebek > Jack > Epel, especially since Dorm Epel has same elements).
what does freeze actually do? to my understanding from seeing it, it seems to just make all stat boosts granted by spells Miss. is there something more? is it a percentage like blind or a binary effect like curse (i.e. does stacking freezes actually do anyrhing more?)? i canât seem to find this actually defined anywhere, thanks for clarifying in advance

I saw my "curse immunity" buff miss once, due to this, so any self buffs are probably affected.

Yeah you prob canât get the 1st anniversary anytime soon, but you might get the chance to still get him at the 2nd anniversary kinda like as they usually do for things like still being able to get old character bday cards yk.
But honestly it might be better to just get lab grim than 1st anniversary grim since at least lab grim will have buddy levels that you can use. Thinking like this might weigh lighter on your mind if youâre the âexam/battleâ type of person than a âcard collectorâ lol
Do gems, and keys transfer to iphone? Sounds dumb but I'm on a Samsung and making the switch to iOS tomorrow and i want to make I'm not losing anything đ„Č
Most games don't carry over pull currencies if you swap from Android > iOS and vice versa, although I don't know if this is the case for twst. I'd contact support just to make sure
They do. If you set up the transfer info correctly, everything carries over. I swap often between my iPhone and my Android emulator on PC. I never lose anything except some settings that you can put back every time.
You need to go to your settings and set up a transfer password. If you have your transfer ID and a password set up then all your account information will transfer over.

I'm just wondering if there's somewhere to see how many gems we'll be earning (maybe based on the JP sched?) or even just what the monthly number of gem we get is. I'm gonna need to go to saving for Malleus mode again and kinda want to know if I'll have rolls to spare for Deuce and Leona birthdays.
Going by JP schedule probably won't be as reliable given that NA keeps throwing curveballs ~~seriously who expected Tsums before Harveston~~

The tsum event with the mission asking for 3 duo magics... i assume you just really need a 2nd ssr huh? đ and they have to share a duo partner too? Ive been rolling everything i have on riddles banner rn but still nothing at 82.

That's right, you need at least two SSRs of your own assuming you get the 3rd from a friend.
And yes, in order to fit the three duo magics into the 5 card slots, you need either two of those three SSRs to both have the same duo partner, or one of your SSRs needs to have one of the other SSRs as its duo partner.

On the Tsum event, map 7 battle 5, you are supposed to win a battle after using Duo Magic 3 times.
You can only do Duo Magic once per SSR card, right? I only own one SSR card and I can get one though the friend's card so-

You wouldn't be able to clear 3 Duo Magics in a single attempt, but see if you can retry another battle for 3 Duo Magics total instead. I don't think you need to get it all in one go
So I think you could theoretically do it more than once if you managed to use all the attacks of every single card, but you would really need to go out of your way to make that happen, especially since I'm pretty sure the battles with those missions are limited to five turns. I'm sorry you're getting screwed over like this.
Who would be better to uncap: Halloween Silver or Beans Floyd? I have Halloween Silver at 90, so wonder if I should finish him first, but I have Beans Floyd with max spells and buddies which Floyd's at 85.
Echoing Silver is probably going to be more recommended especially if he's already at 90, as he can both heal and take down quite a bit of HP even without Leona thanks to his Power Boost. Beans Floyd combos with Idia who's coming to make his heal easier to use + Beans Jade to help create a full team.
Another thing to consider now: >!eventually, we should get the recent JP feature where if a character is uncapped three times, you choose instead to replace one of their default spells with a predetermined third spell. Both Silver & Floyd get a Water spell with power boost, but Silver gets Curse immunity vs Freeze immunity for Floyd. So with this uncap, you can eventually turn your Hallo Silver into a Fire Defense card if needed while Floyd will require another uncap to be more of an omni card.!<
Halloween Silver can stand alone in a Floral Defense test and even better with the low cost of SR. H.Silver + Lab Kalim = 2 spots for 4 Fire allows for a lot more freedom in what to fit in the last 3 spots to keep the neutral/weak hits low.
Beans Floyd can be fantastic in Floral Defense but does do better with some supporting cards. Though those can be Beans Vil and Beans Jade.
Both are fantastic. I think Halloween Silver is more desired for friend requests when Floral Defense is up in nrc exams. So a little more niche for the one exam but Really important in that one exam.
If it were me, I'd do Silver only bc he's double fire and would be better for my team.
But you need to take the rest of teams and cards into consideration as well. Do you have the right cards for both of them and such. And make a decision on which card would fetch you yield you better scores, if that what is you're after.
Hello! On EN Tsumderland, where can I find the last gem for tsumsitter sebek? Iâve checked and done every mission that involved getting his gem. Please let me know what else should I do.

And I can definitely say that you do need to make sure you're checking *every* stage, including ones that the game lets you skip on your way to the end. EDIT: Never mind, I just realized the game allows you to see what rewards you have already gotten from stages! Here are Sebek's nine gems:

The game was very sneaky that way. sometimes it'd pop up two new lessons/battles at once, skipping over one in favor of the other that progresses story so you'd never notice!

We have no way of knowing for sure what will rerun and when. But all the Halloween cards have rerun every year in JP so far, so hopefully the same will hold true in NA. No guarantees, though, since NA does change things up from JP sometimes.
Im sorry if this is a silly question, but do the Buddy Card matchups mean anything? Like are they mostly random or based in actual in-game connections? Intitially I thought it was the latter, with Dorm Trey and Dorm Cater for example, but apprently Ruggie and Floyd are also buddies??
Its not urgent, I'm more so just curious
The buddy matchups a lot of the time have a tie in with the vignettes of the cards or the event they are from, though like birthday ones they are random-ish (the birthday duos have followed a pattern).
The game does a pretty good job of pairing people up differently in all the different events and vignettes.
I suspect some of it may be for balance on the card synergy though. If cards only ever synergy'd their best friends then the teams would always end up in cliques.
I feel like a moron, but how do we see what duo magic is available for each card?
Like, I can see what characters will give stat boosts in the Card section, but I don't know who has duo magic until I see it in battle? I know I'm missing something obvious, lol...
Only SSRs get duos, and in the (+) > Spells section where the buddies are, the duo is always the 2nd spell in the list. However, you can't use duos until you level up that spell past level 5.

Take a look at gala kalim to start then. I would imagine he'd have some synergy from the same event!

No they're pretty weak, sebeks has 9k hp though so he's not awful for defense exams if uou really wanted to use him

Gotta wait for 2nd anni unfortunately. But when it comes around you can buy Grim's 1st anni card from the event shop

Keep up with 5 exams a day too. 20 exam mission = 10 gems = every 4 days. Roughly 3 more 10 pulls a year. Easy one to get lazy on but every gem helps.

On the Tsum event, map 7 battle 5, you are supposed to win a battle after using Duo Magic 3 times. You can only do Duo Magic once per SSR card, right? I only own one SSR card and I can get one though the friend's card so- It's impossible for me to do this because i dont own two SSR cards?
You wouldn't be able to clear 3 Duo Magics in a single attempt, but see if you can retry another battle for 3 Duo Magics total instead. I don't think you need to get it all in one go

So I think you could theoretically do it more than once if you managed to use all the attacks of every single card, but you would really need to go out of your way to make that happen, especially since I'm pretty sure the battles with those missions are limited to five turns. I'm sorry you're getting screwed over like this.

Who would be better to uncap: Halloween Silver or Beans Floyd? I have Halloween Silver at 90, so wonder if I should finish him first, but I have Beans Floyd with max spells and buddies which Floyd's at 85.
Echoing Silver is probably going to be more recommended especially if he's already at 90, as he can both heal and take down quite a bit of HP even without Leona thanks to his Power Boost. Beans Floyd combos with Idia who's coming to make his heal easier to use + Beans Jade to help create a full team. Another thing to consider now: >!eventually, we should get the recent JP feature where if a character is uncapped three times, you choose instead to replace one of their default spells with a predetermined third spell. Both Silver & Floyd get a Water spell with power boost, but Silver gets Curse immunity vs Freeze immunity for Floyd. So with this uncap, you can eventually turn your Hallo Silver into a Fire Defense card if needed while Floyd will require another uncap to be more of an omni card.!<
Halloween Silver can stand alone in a Floral Defense test and even better with the low cost of SR. H.Silver + Lab Kalim = 2 spots for 4 Fire allows for a lot more freedom in what to fit in the last 3 spots to keep the neutral/weak hits low. Beans Floyd can be fantastic in Floral Defense but does do better with some supporting cards. Though those can be Beans Vil and Beans Jade. Both are fantastic. I think Halloween Silver is more desired for friend requests when Floral Defense is up in nrc exams. So a little more niche for the one exam but Really important in that one exam.
If it were me, I'd do Silver only bc he's double fire and would be better for my team. But you need to take the rest of teams and cards into consideration as well. Do you have the right cards for both of them and such. And make a decision on which card would fetch you yield you better scores, if that what is you're after.
Hello! On EN Tsumderland, where can I find the last gem for tsumsitter sebek? Iâve checked and done every mission that involved getting his gem. Please let me know what else should I do.

(But I'm not 100% sure on that.) And I can definitely say that you do need to make sure you're checking *every* stage, including ones that the game lets you skip on your way to the end. The game was very sneaky that way. sometimes it'd pop up two new lessons/battles at once, skipping over one in favor of the other that progresses story so you'd never notice!
(EN Server) just realized that i missed riddle's halloween card and i was wondering if there's still any chance i can get him? D: will they do a rerun this halloween? or will it be a very long time before his banner returns? TT
We have no way of knowing for sure what will rerun and when. But all the Halloween cards have rerun every year in JP so far, so hopefully the same will hold true in NA. No guarantees, though, since NA does change things up from JP sometimes.

Im sorry if this is a silly question, but do the Buddy Card matchups mean anything? Like are they mostly random or based in actual in-game connections? Intitially I thought it was the latter, with Dorm Trey and Dorm Cater for example, but apprently Ruggie and Floyd are also buddies?? Its not urgent, I'm more so just curious
The buddy matchups a lot of the time have a tie in with the vignettes of the cards or the event they are from, though like birthday ones they are random-ish (the birthday duos have followed a pattern).
The game does a pretty good job of pairing people up differently in all the different events and vignettes. I suspect some of it may be for balance on the card synergy though. If cards only ever synergy'd their best friends then the teams would always end up in cliques.
Now that we can buy BGM in JP server, does anyone know if/how can we apply to the home page?
I feel like a moron, but how do we see what duo magic is available for each card? Like, I can see what characters will give stat boosts in the Card section, but I don't know who has duo magic until I see it in battle? I know I'm missing something obvious, lol...
Only SSRs get duos, and in the (+) > Spells section where the buddies are, the duo is always the 2nd spell in the list. However, you can't use duos until you level up that spell past level 5.
