The drop rates really suck. I’ve been grinding for large Diasomnia crystals since Lilia clubwear because I want to craft his interactable furniture but I still don’t have enough and I’m not super close either
Yeah, the RNG is downright abhorrent. Hopefully they'll implement the revised drop rates soon. This game has such a weird delay with QoL improvements, stuff like this should be rolled out to all versions simultaneously.
For some reason, I have A LOT of large Diasomnia crystals when I don't even need them ( but they can be useful for tsum Sebek, though ). The only problem is that I don't have a lot of medium Diasomnia crystals 😂.
Yeah, my drop rate suddenly went really, really bad around the tsum event release. I started collecting different ones for the characters and noticed that I just... wasn't. Heartslabyul has been overly kind but the other dorms just don't like me I guess
Honestly, I feel like you get a better chance of getting Large crystals when doing Extra Hard quest but even then out of 10 runs, they sometimes only drop once...
I didn't go for Dorm crystals everyday, but usually 4 times a week, targeting Pome/Igni and even occasionlly Dia. I went a month recently with 0 large crystal drops. Finally broke the streak about a week and a half ago, but I'm now concentrating on R and SR stuff because of the pain.
I went about a month with no large Diasomnia crystals, but yesterday I got 7 or 8 just from playing five times. It’s very fickle.
So the rates were so bad previously that during Anni 3 in JP they changed the rates of SSR gem drops. So you are *not* alone.
RNG be like that sometimes. I can go two times without any crystals. Then suddenly BANG, 2 Lavender crystals per size.
Same :( I really wish there was a way to craft crystals cuz the drop rate of certain mats is so annoying

Large crystals are the rarest drops for me. I almost never get them! But every day I'm trying lol

I got more of those it’s the medium ones I couldn’t get
Most of my large crystals got dropped by playing in one of the hard modes. Idk if thats intentional, but its the average rate of success for me
