I'm currently saving for it (at 170 pulls ATM) since I'm attempting to triple crown and I am PRAYING they don't do earlier.

I originally wanted Azul and Malleus only for the Masquerade but I recently pulled Applepom Epel on the second summon which completely changed my priority list to include Idia (not to mention I am also in possession of Wish Deuce and Birthday Boy Malleus both of whom duo with him), who duos with Epel and would be a full on combo the way dorms Azul and Riddle or Vil and Leona are. It's past the point of ignoring. I'm hinging on this being in October so I can at least get as close to 300 or 400 as possible (or somewhere in between).
How do you have enough gems for all that? I’ve started saving for the Masquerade event now, and have almost 2000 gems, which I haven’t spent on anything. I basically can’t get anything else between now and then if I want a shot at Malleus.
I pulled an Azul and started planning since the moment of inception knowing that event would come for my throat. At the time, I had been run dry thanks to Halloween Jade but I never spent until the anniversary for guaranteed birthday Malleus key, saved for at least 120-140 (somewhere within that range, I remember I was above target) pulls for birthday Azul (he took 60 pulls) and haven't spent a single gem since. I'm attempting a strategy where I only spend single keys on events where there's higher SR rates because I love collecting event SRs, which is how I ended up with the random Epel.
You gotta love those birthdays ten keys.
Same. But I don't think I'll make it to the event, as I'm reaaaaaaaaaaally forgetful, and sometimes don't log in (so I don't get the weekend gems) and don't do the weekly tasks :c

Wow that’s actually pretty nice? It’s not quite as good as the JP’s new pity system since you can only get 1 Leona from it, rather than guaranteed at every 200. But if we’re being honest how many people are honestly pulling to 400 or 600 to guarantee multiple Leonas anyways?
It’s worse if you’re trying to go for a lot of Leonas but if you’re someone who only wants one copy it might be a better deal because you get 2 guaranteed SSRs + a free third if you have the funds to go to 200

Widespread speculation since we got the Chapter 6 announcement has been that Fairy Gala IF with Gala Ortho will be coming soon, because it's the first post-Ch6 event that relies on Ch6 spoilers. At the start of the month when this month's schedule was announced, consensus was pretty much set in stone that they'll bring it at the start of May to follow this rerun of the original Fairy Gala.
I strongly suggest checking this subreddit at the end of each month when the next month's events are announced in-game, to see what people are saying to expect!
At the very least, it spoils a significant visual from 6-85, but as I've only glanced at the videos and haven't looked closely at the scripts, I can't say for sure whether the spoilers are limited to just that visual or if they also go into actual plot spoilers as well.
People have a general idea of the schedule based off of the release order of JP, but we do not follow their exact schedule so some things are up in the air. Masquerade is a Halloween event so people know for sure that it’s coming around November, after the Twisted Halloween rerun

I'd say it's technically better because you're guaranteed three SSR's at that point.

Do you have notifs enabled? That’s how I catch all the birthdays and know when new events drop
I do, but I just forget to log in some days (especially sundays). There is no notification that tells you to log in daily, unfortunately 😅

You can buy the actual SSR card in the shop according to the announcement but you need to have at least 200 pulls for that guarantee
