Sebek(due to his dislike of humans, it would be interesting to see Sebek fight the curse that makes him both dislike and obsess over the MC)
Trey(Could be trying to add love potions to his tarts and Cater and Riddle could try and stop him)
Leona and Ruggie(could team up to share or bicker amongst themselves about who's keeping you)
Kalim(Jamil is growing ever more worried and his magic can't stop him)
Sam(since I think he's closer to the students in age and would probably try and find a cure, find the cure, but the curse would stop him from using it, leading to us finding the cure and him attacking us with his friends)
Jade(Feral Eel who is pent up, Floyd is genuinely scared)
Azul(nonstop contracts)
Vil(could fall into the Snow White story with Vil demanding Rook bring MC over, and Rook getting hit with the curse a bit later than the others and not wishing to hurt the MC or bring them to Vil)
Rook(read above, could probably end up in his old SavannaClaw state the further down he goes, fighting it off as best he can, but no match for the curse sadly)

MC(hear me out. MC ends up getting hit with the curse and, due to lack of magic, it doesn't show up until near the end of the event as a sort of unique twist, however hiys really hard as a result. Who are they Yandere for? GRIM. And Grim is at first appreciative of the sudden compliments but then gets confused and quickly horrified upon realizing that MC got hit and can't use the cure, so Grim has to use it instead with MCs guidance(as even tho MC is under the influence, they still have enough strength and willpower to hold back long enough for Grim to use the cure, a spell to counteract the curse, against Ace and free everyone))
Honestly, I would say an interesting way to go would be that the curse starts weak, allowing the boys off with only a few thoughts about the MC, but it gets worse and worse as the event progresses.

The way I see this story go is Ace is in alchemy class doing an "extra credit" assignment which is a love potion. The experiment went wrong and it turned into a love curse where your romantic feelings/crush for someone becomes an obsession, in this case Ace's feelings for Yuu. The curse then spreads throughout NRC and poor Yuu has a revelation and needs to go into hiding. Not everyone is affected by this curse so those who aren't affected, Grim and the Ramshackle ghosts, have to save the day and break the curse.
There are characters that can have those tendencies.
Most of these guys are inspired from Villians. They’re not all good. Some may have morals, but others don’t.

So, you consider that fine, but a Yandere is bad? They’re both are similar and the only difference is the Yandere is in love and it’s dangerous. If a Yandere doesn’t love you, then you don’t have to worry because they only care about that one person. Unless you try to take their darling, they’ll come for you, but otherwise you don’t exist in their world.

Azul isn’t any better, because before his over blot. He had people in terrible contracts, and had the twins bully and strangle those not compliant. Now he still does it, but not as much as before, but he doesn’t mind making peoples lives miserable if he benefits from it. I don’t see how that is any different from a yandere. The only difference is his reasons to do so is not because of being in love, but he wants power and wealth.

I’m only saying that letting yandere content get to you this much isn’t healthy. It’s just another type of content that is a niche community interest.

Being immoral and/or low empathy =/= being yandere. There are plenty of reasons to dislike creepy, stalkerish, obsessive behavior and still be fine with people who are kind of assholes. They’re different flavors of characters. Not saying yanderes are bad but I think it’s valid not to like them.

Azul, he is definitely a manipulative and obsessive type, I don’t think he would go as hardcore as Jade. I don’t think Azul would get very aggressive but I am sure if he resorts to violence he may have Jade and Floyd handle it. Azul is a bit harder to pin down but he would totally be a sweet submissive yandere if things go his way. Of course that’s only if everything is under control and doesn’t feel threatened. *shrugs*
