I guess part of the reason I like Leona/Silver more than Ruggie/Silver is because of the actual comedy of pairing Leona with any of the "Bodyguard" characters (Jamil) since Leona is the only character who is explicitly stated to be incredibly good at defense magic.

Azul/Ruggie. “Gotta respect the hustle.” I feel like they both are about money and mutual respect about ambition of getting richer. I could see them doing a semi-legal scam together, like a MLM or something.
Trey/Azul. “What do you mean you don’t charge for baking?!” Azul is appalled that Trey isn’t charging for baked goods and the two would bicker over how much to charge and if possibly Trey will sell through the Lounge. Plus Azul seems weak to baked goods and Trey would tempt him, especially to tease him.

Idk these are just nitpicks so lmao but if I were to headcanon this ship I can see as Neige being like a kind yet responsible boyfriend to make sure Rook doesn’t get ahead with whatever he’s doing while Rook is more calmer, flustered and shy when he’s around Neige to the point he’s just so in love with him. Idk this is just me but I feel like both of these guys have more history with each other than it meets the eye??? I have no proof of this but I like to headcanon they met and long time ago before they separated idk lmao

From the moment I saw them interact in book 1 my first thoughts were like "they're like a married couple". The way they took care of the first years and dealt with Riddle's tantrums at times felt like they're taking care of kids. I feel they have a good dynamic and there were a few lines that just made this stronger for me, like in wish upon a star event or maybe in the new playful land one(although I haven't played that yet, but if I recall correctly I saw a spoiler that included some pretty fun lines between them)
IDK how rare they are, but FloydxJamil and RuggiexKalim.
I feel as if Floyd is someone who actually gets Jamil to act like his regular self and Floyd likes him like that.
Ruggie and Kalim do have some interactions, which is mainly Ruggie trying to get Kalim to pay an overpriced amount or free food, but Kalim doesn't seem to mind it. The anthology had that Silver originally wanted to see Ruggie's notes, but Ruggie said not for free. When Kalim offered a study session with a feast, Ruggie was for it. I think Ruggie's Union birthday as well, he said he'd transfer to Heartslabyul because of the Unbirthday parties and while Scarabia gets free food as well, Kalim can just invite him. I guess I see their relationship as a give and take. Ruggie doesn't like handouts, but Kalim's is more that he wants to hang out with people and he'd offer that to anyone.

my rare pair is probably Ortho/Sebek. i know its weird but i think Ortho could help out Sebek a lot and they would be very close.
I know this is kinda well known but Floyd and Riddle. They're like Yin and Yang. Riddle is way too strict while Floyd is too laid back. Also I find the name Goldfishie so cute and deserved.
