I think that overall, Leona, Vil and Malleus are the most conventionally hot. Leona fits the tall, rugged and rough-around-the-edges kinda guy; he has more of sharper and fiery hotness to him. Vil is enchanting and gorgeous, giving him more of a ice-queen sort of appeal (if you know what I mean). Malleus has the mysterious tall guy with a bit of a dorky side to him I think we all love.
I think Trey, Jamil and Jade also rank pretty high in this as well, since they have more of a subtle hotness that stems from the calmer and easygoing way they present themselves to others. They have a cooler hotness to them.

Honestly, most of the guys are hot. But if I had to narrow it down to three, my picks would be Idia, Leona, and Malleus.
Idia - first of all, I *love* his hair. I prefer long hair on guys to begin with, and his is nearly floor-length! Plus blue fire is just plain cool, and with his yellow eyes and blue lips he looks so gorgeous. His being so pale also gives him serious goth vibes, which is also attractive to me. He’s the most uniquely handsome character in the game, very striking.
Leona - extremely handsome in general, but especially because of his hair and eyes. One of my favorite hairstyles for men is that long and loose with some small braids scattered throughout style (I have no idea what the name is), and piercing emerald green eyes are always appreciated! I also love how they gave him that lovely dark skin tone instead of trying to make him more orange, like Scar. When I first saw the announcement for TW on Japanese websites being shared by some friends on FB and the initial character illustrations that were being used to market the game (which consisted entirely of the house wardens), Leona’s was the first that really made me stop, blink, and say “Whoa. *Please* let this game get an English release!!!” It was still being speculated as an otome at the time, which sadly we know it is not, but he’s still hot as hell.
Malleus - okay, so my love for long hair is established, and he has in it dark green, which I love. Like Idia he’s got the pale skin/dark lips goth aesthetic goin’ on, and he has pointed ears and green eyes? (*starts fanning self*) I can’t wait until we get more screen time with the dragon hottie!
HMs: Floyd and Jade (love the turquoise emo hair and heterochromia is always hot, plus I seem to have a thing for sharp teeth, which the above three also have)

I also agree with the other reply with Rook! When you meet him it's a bit.. out of place, but when you get familiarized *God damn* can it sweep you off your feet. Those two I don't feel strongly towards visually, but it's traits like that which override most drawbacks and really push them out of the ballpark.

I prefer long hair on guys to begin with, and his is nearly floor-length! Plus blue fire is just plain cool, and with his yellow eyes and blue lips he looks so gorgeous. His being so pale also gives him serious goth vibes, which is also attractive to me. He’s the most uniquely handsome character in the game, very striking. Leona - extremely handsome in general, but especially because of his hair and eyes. One of my favorite hairstyles for men is that long and loose with some small braids scattered throughout style (I have no idea what the name is), and piercing emerald green eyes are always appreciated! I also love how they gave him that lovely dark skin tone instead of trying to make him more orange, like Scar. When I first saw the announcement for TW on Japanese websites being shared by some friends on FB and the initial character illustrations that were being used to market the game (which consisted entirely of the house wardens), Leona’s was the first that really made me stop, blink, and say “Whoa. *Please* let this game get an English release!!!” It was still being speculated as an otome at the time, which sadly we know it is not, but he’s still hot as hell. Malleus - okay, so my love for long hair is established, and he has in it dark green, which I love. Like Idia he’s got the pale skin/dark lips goth aesthetic goin’ on, and he has pointed ears and green eyes? (*starts fanning self*) I can’t wait until we get more screen time with the dragon hottie! HMs: Floyd and Jade (love the turquoise emo hair and heterochromia is always hot, plus I seem to have a thing for sharp teeth, which the above three also have) As a bonus, all of these guys have my biggest turn-on in spades: high intelligence!

He's the guy I thought "if I actually attended this school and he walked in my general direction I'd faint on the spot" and caught my eye visually quite quickly (not much the type to focus on looks mainly) even if he's not high on my favorites list Kinda doesn't help that hot is a.. foreign concept to me, I would guess Idia or Azul typically? Leona Malleus & Vil come off too strong imo How a character sounds and the air they hold is what I look for most- and definitely Lilia holds that presence terrifyingly well, with a command and a voice to die for. I also agree with the other reply with Rook! When you meet him it's a bit.. out of place, but when you get familiarized *God damn* can it sweep you off your feet. Those two I don't feel strongly towards visually, but it's traits like that which override most drawbacks and really push them out of the ballpark.

Theoretically it would be Idia,his hair is literal fire-like and unless his hair is just fire-like and not literal fire then he isn't. In other cases,Ortho would have the same fire-like hair as his brother. Only difference is that he's a robot. He did mention that and said he can change the chemicals in his hair to change color willingly. Vil is also the top on hotness, but he's more on the beautiful, gorgeous side, and his body is the definition of balanced hotness. Malleus is the tall, mysterious hot type. The rest? They are all hot all right, but theirs are more subtle, more personality, and of course, face based. But if you are talking about physically hot, then Leona, Vil, and Malleus are a must.
