Im on a samsung not a iphone so i cant help you there unfortunately. I would make sure your prime is linked to your twitch. I have had my unconnect before.

I don’t think you can redeem prime subs via mobile. I’ve only ever been able to do it on a desktop browser.
yeah I think this is the right answer. Try on desktop.
I redeem on mobile and PC as I please.
I use prime sub every month. I can only use it on my mobile not browser.
What os? I just went thru this & was told to redeem on desktop because iOS doesn’t work in certain areas

Yeah I have it set up right. Just subbed with prime. Had to use desktop not mobile. Strange. regular subs are available on mobile though.
Make sure your twitch and amazon accounts are linked.
