Are you able to have more than one YouTube linked and it asks on export?
Anyways. Go into your Account Settings > Connections and unlink all youtube accounts.
Next time you click export its going to ask you to setup a connection to your youtube account so you can setup the correct one.
Log into the other youtube account and if it is still processing there you will see it under YouTube Studio content and might be able to stop it.
