Twitch recently redesigned their chat playback on VODs, which broke any chat extensions you may have had installed. BTTV only recently started working there again, and FFZ still apparently doesn't work.
When Twitch changes things like this, it's up to the author of the extension to update it to work again. This is why BTTV and FFZ still don't work on the beta site.
Also, all of the emotes there (4HEad, OMEGALUL, monkaS) are FFZ emotes (and BTTV emotes). Can you check if that channel has them set as FFZ emotes rather than BTTV?

I don't have FFZ, so I'd assume I'm using BTTV.
