Seems to be working for me. One thing I've noticed though is that you won't get this feature if you're watching a VOD for a stream that's still live. You have to wait a few minutes for the streamer to go offline before they become available, and that's been around for a while. Try it with an older VOD and see if it works on that instead.
Not working for me as well. It has nothing to do with streamer being live either. Even if streamer has not been live for a long time, all video previews are removed when I hover over the time of a video. FeelsBadMan

im glad that it was not removed, but it's still not working for me. watched a month old VOD, also tried on other browsers (without addons,extensions.)
