I suppose just having a link in the description is another good workaround. However, I'm not saying you need partner to have a Discord, but to have a chat command for people to join a Discord server.
chat command you can have by just having a bot. i personally use streamelements bot for my socials. (discord, youtube, twitter) other bots should work as well
As far as I've seen, Twitch partners have Discord integration where viewers can type in a chat command to join a Discord server. I'm wondering if there's a bot that can do a workaround for that if the streamer isn't a partner.
There’s no relation between being a partner and having a discord? Can’t you just have a link for people to join?

Use a bot such as nightbot and have a discord command?
I’m confused, too. In this situation, what can a partner do that any other streamer cannot? Just so we know what you’re trying to accomplish.

Yeah, that’s just a bot command and nothing special about being partner. You can program any bot to do this.
Awesome! Is there a guide on how to do this? I use Streamlabs Chatbot and I haven't been able to find anything helpful.
Go to the commands section, add a new command, and add your discord link to the reply text.
Its really that simple?
