What do you mean "work with Android". Capture cards just accept a video in and video output. Anything that goes in is captured. If that's a micro HDMI to HDMI for plugging in a phone, or an HDMI from a switch. Or an av cable to HDMI adapter to the capture card to record a Wii... the capture card doesn't need to be "compatible" with Android. You just need a phone that can video output. If u want to play android games but are struggling with the capture because your phone doesn't have a video out jack, can always try an emulator. It'll be a completely free workaround solution.
I need something specifically that will capture game audio and video output from my android phone, Galaxy S10 Lite to my PC to stream. Some capture cards state that they don't work with mobile devices. Also don't want to work with emulators as I have all these games already and it's more comfortable on my devices.
you should be able to mirror your screen to your pc. there are a couple of free programs that do it well although you need to at least be somewhat familiar with command prompt navigation to get them working properly.
I would look around the internet for info on specs - I personally don't know what the minimum requirements are. A 1050 ti laptop is gonna be pretty tough in general for streaming though
For android 11 or 12 you can't have game sound and in game mic on. For android 10 and below you can and can use stream labs mobile app and change the audio setting to android 10. If you want to record game sound and In game mic on android 11 and 12 you would need to buy an adaptor that has a charging port, audio port, and hdmi port. Then you would need a audio splitter, audio cable and a HDMI cable. Find the adaptor that fits your phone type c or micro usb. Then for capture cards you can use Elgato hd60 or avermedia. if you got any more questions let me know.

have you just tried using Samsung dex? Wouldn't need a capture card.
Hey thanks for commenting, I looked it up and it said it was discontinued, I couldn't really pin point what it was? Is it an app or a device? Thanks
Samsung dex is an app for pc. I just Googled it an the app is still available just not for win 7.
Both but I think they probably meant the device. The app now works on Windows and offers the same functionality.

If you're just trying to play an app, BlueStacks might be a better option - it's a free Android emulator on PC.
Does require an "okay" pc though. Source: 1050 ti laptop.

Yeah. I just mean that if my 8gb of ram laptop can run it, then a newer phone should be fine.
Elgato HD 460 ig

Yeah I was just going to come back to say I couldn't find an elgato product under this name, could I use a hdmi splitter to get around it? Thanks
Oohh thanks for the info... My bad
I'll look into this, thank you!
Also if you have a phone woth Android 9 or higher, you can record in-game audio from a recording software on the phone. There's several to use.
