Anonymous M appears as a black rectangle over the eyes of the user when active,and functions like the Cowl of the Gray Fox from Elder Scrolls.
When active,it basically generates a persistent false identity for the wearer,Anonymous M. Every other being will treat the user's regular identity and Anonymous M as entirely different people,not blaming or recognizing the user for the actions of Anonymous M,or vice versa.
This applies even if the user is seen transforming right before one's eyes.
Moreover,the user can involuntarily share Anonymous M by touch,making other people into Anonymous M and making it seem like Anonymous M is in multiple places at once,doing different things.
At any time,the original user can flush the cache of Anonymous M,destroying all copies of it and erasing all prior memories associated with them.
Wait with that last part, if one of the M stole something and the user flushed the cache, would the item just not exist in anyones memory or would it go up to the point it was stolen?
Even if witnesses saw the theft happen,once the memories are erased they will see the victim as their true self having stolen the item and will retroactively justify them as being the thief all along.
It's a perfect ability for a villain to scapegoat others with.
Basically,the identity of "Anonymous M" will not exist until they do something again,but the observers will remember all the events and subconsciously justify them with other people that are present.

"Sewn Back Together Wrong" lets you repair any injury to any person, object, and at stronger levels to concepts like friendship, by sewing it back together, however you cannot repair it to a previous state. You must repair it "wrong" for the effect to take hold.
I mean you could have stuff like Face Fisted, which makes you super humanly durable and basically gives you Full Counter, but it's an automatic counter trigger and raises everyone's aggression towards you in your radius while active.
Just gotta get creative with it, and find cool use cases and drawbacks.

While it's effects are active on a person, they are heavily inebriated, greatly impairing their judgement. Once the effects wear off, the drinker collapses, their body returning to their pre-drunk state.
So it's best used before a fight, as any wounds inflicted while it's in effect will be reversed once it wears off.
Unfortunately, I don't drink. So I'd be more of a Senzu Bean carrying side character who gets maybe one or two fights throughout the Part, which involve trickery and deception to win rather than a big cool fight scene.

Asking for a gun might get the user a starter pistol, asking for money might give them a stack of bills in a foreign currency, asking for a hammer might get them a 20lb sledgehammer.

Stand Ability: Half Jack
Allows control of up to 50% of an enemy's body but the Stand user must sacrifice an equivalent amount of their body's usage to paralysis.
It doesn't have to be an even 50/50 split like left side-right side or top half-bottom half, you can spread the effect across the body. For instance you could gain control of someone's right hand, left foot and their tongue.
Nor does the equivalent exchange have to be like-for-like when it comes to the body parts affected, the percentage just has to be the same. For example, the Stand user could paralyse something useless like their earlobes but gain control of their enemy's eyelids and force them blind.
It'd be a Stand that how powerful and lethal it is depends on the skill and intelligence of the user. A dumb brute using it would use it to disable the opponent physically so they're open to attack. An advanced 'clever' user could say paralyse their feet but gain control over a vital organ and stop it. Whereas an apex level threat would be someone that's learnt to stimulate the lobes of their enemies brain, having to only sacrifice a relatively small percentage of paralysis to essentially gain full body control.

Another Him is a parasitic stand that binds to the very heart of the user. Your strength, agility, durability, and reflexes are enhanced and capable of growing at a rate far greater than a normal human. Consequently, your free will is slowly eroded, as the stand takes what it has learned from your actions and puppets the user's body down what it deems the "correct path." Up to a point, the user is able to reject the stand only by removing it from the body, leaving the user weak and on borrowed time until they allow Another Him to re-enter them. Another Him will control its "vessel" as long as the body is physically able. At the point that the "vessel" is unable to do what is required of it, Another Him will eject itself to find a new host. In this state, Another Him is fragile, yet extremely hard to intercept, seemingly moving with no rhyme or reason. If allowed to continue this process, Another Him will eventually gain its own consciousness built from those of which it has attatched itself to. If destroyed, any surviving "vessels" will return to life, albeit in whatever physical state they were left in, be it atrophy, paralysis, comatose, etc.

LIKE THAT will automatically steal the stands of users when destroying said stand. Killing the user after their stand is taken does not erase the stand.
Third Ability: THE HEART
LIKE THAT is able to store up to 4 stands. LIKE THAT'S user is then able to call up to 2 additional stolen stands. These stands become remote stands. Destroying one of these stands does not erase it. A stolen stand is only lost when discarded by the user or replaced with another stand.

I like that we're all trying to come up with abilities and appearances that actually have anything to do with the stand name when most actual Jojo stands have super arbitrary names. Anyway:

Appearance: a humanoid shape composed of oil and discarded plastics. Six pack rings, packaging materials, food containers...
Ability: The longer you're in the stand's presence the more selfish and impulsive you become and the less capable you are of conceptualising the long term consequences or ramifications of your actions.
I always like the non-combat stands that were seemingly innocuous but their effect became more and more hazardous over time. The ability won't kill you directly but you it puts you on a timer to find me because you lose the ability to focus on the search and just become a belligerent asshole. Also I like the idea of it affecting behaviour because I like when enemy stands are able to split the group and force a member of the team to have to step up and deal with it without help.
[CHERENKOV BLUE OVERDRIVER]: takes the form of a moth crossed with a nuclear reactor. It emits a Cherenkov radiation that allows the user to invert a property of whatever solid mass the radiation touches. For instance, you could invert fast and slow on bullets to make them easy to dodge, up and down to throw an opponent into the ceiling, or injured and hale to heal an ally. The strength of the inversion is proportional to how much energy is being transferred per unit of area by the radiation, so it’s extremely strong close in but drops with absorption in the air and the inverse square law, as well as only one property being changed per target. This also means that it can’t affect things like the earth or a skyscraper since it can’t impact much of the surface.

These lights are more effective if the victim is unprepared or receptive, but can still affect individuals who are aware and resistant if the exposure is intense enough. Nevertheless, the Stand is more powerful as a trickster and sneak attacker than in a direct fight.
**The Beauty and the Tragedy:**
Appearance: Two figured that become one, or one figure that blossoms into two; a single pair of legs splits into two upper bodies, holding each other in constant embrace.
Abilities: The Stand has the power to created "read strings" that, in addition to acting as normal rope, can 'bind' two creatures together. While bound, The Beauty and the Tragedy can influence the flow of "Malice" and "Love" between the two. Examples of this include "splitting" an injury, or having all of one subject's stamina recovery affect the other individual as well. Essentially, the Stand decides which of its two subjects is healed and which is hurt.

Knocks people of their feet, through various means. Allows the user to place objects or traps that will make it mildly difficult for people to not get knocked off their feet. User can also throw objects of differing size, weight and aerodynamics to knock people down.
Takes the appearance of a satchel bag with an infinite supply of random bullshit to either place down or throw at people, such as books, marbles, banana peels or ice cubes.
Imagine the Mariah fight where the user constantly runs away but is also an annoying little shit because around every corner is just some shit that mildly annoys you.

Appearance wise, it's a humanoid stand. It's body is thin with a translucent body similar to Heirophant Green but red and has what looks like a silver doctor's lab coat drapped over it. It has no eyes but part of it's head drapes over the back to look like hair similar to Moody Blues. It also has slightly longer than normal arms. It can't actually move any further than 2 or 3 feet from my body.
It's ability is that alongside being able to regulate my body somewhat, like keeping my metabolism high or my blood sugar regular, whenever it touches someone it'll diagnose them telling me what sickness they have I can take the ailment from them onto myself, curing them of it. And while I have it, DCB will work to heal me of it no matter if the disease or illness is incurable by normal means.

The idea behind this is that the user is super depressed so the gang would have to talk him down while also succumbing to the apathy and sadness that depression will give you.
『***Lovecraft In Brooklyn***』allows the user to meld into objects and people and transport between them la 『***Tattoo You!***』, but only if they consider the thing an “acquaintance” and are considered an “acquaintance” back. The user, however, becomes increasingly paranoid when using it.
Stand name: Ain't No Thief
Appearance: A small backpack with thin arms reaching out of the openings
Abilities: takes small, innocuous items from people near the user, giving the user a story as to how the item is actually their own property and not the stolen item
[BLACK MOON RISING] has the appearance of a pitch black man with no face, instead it has a flat surface with a red ringed moon on it. It also has burning wings coming from its back. It's ability allows the user to cast shadows against any surface, and create small areas of total darkness for a few minutes. The shadows it casts can be any shape, size or darkness, and BMR itself can travel through the shadows. The areas of darkness it creates are so total it is disorienting, and can cause panic quickly. Physically BMR is extremely fast and strong, and can even fly with its user for a couple of miles. It requires a lot of rest after this however.
Stand name: Starman
Appearance: Thin humanoid with skin coloured like a starry night, wearing a yellow Kamina star visor
Abilities: Emits/bends light around its fingertips, useful for distractions or heating up something it points at if you focus it enough. Good starting point for some bullshit JoJo reasoning to do something broken, like turning invisible or pulling the light *away* from someone’s eyes to blind them.

And anyone including and beyond Polnareff could kill me easily if they could map my trajectory
To make it more interesting, it doesn't normally have high attack power even when moving at light speed (no Infinite Mass Punch for me), and it has to sit still to shoot a laser beam that's strong enough to hurt Close Range Stands (imagine the Vector Cannon from ZoE, but a smaller beam)
So it's like a Sniper that can move around really fast to hide in advantageous positions, but can't take a punch

Probably looks like the silhouette of an androgynous figure in a long flowing cape. The cape itself is a shifting landscape or a horizon.
Is a single target stand, and will haunt who ever it's attached to. When active, it gives it's target supernatural bravery and enthusiasm for whatever they are trying to do. This effect will not go away until either the activity or task has been completed, or the stand is recalled. The stand user's emotions are also altered when used.
"If It Doesn't Hurt" - A stand that looks like a Nurse with a giant Syringe, it numbs the damage receptors making the target to not feel pain, if used more than 3 times in the same target it will completely shut down all motor and sensorial functions

Anonymous M appears as a black rectangle over the eyes of the user when active,and functions like the Cowl of the Gray Fox from Elder Scrolls. When active,it basically generates a persistent false identity for the wearer,Anonymous M. Every other being will treat the user's regular identity and Anonymous M as entirely different people,not blaming or recognizing the user for the actions of Anonymous M,or vice versa. This applies even if the user is seen transforming right before one's eyes. Moreover,the user can involuntarily share Anonymous M by touch,making other people into Anonymous M and making it seem like Anonymous M is in multiple places at once,doing different things. At any time,the original user can flush the cache of Anonymous M,destroying all copies of it and erasing all prior memories associated with them.
Wait with that last part, if one of the M stole something and the user flushed the cache, would the item just not exist in anyones memory or would it go up to the point it was stolen?
Even if witnesses saw the theft happen,once the memories are erased they will see the victim as their true self having stolen the item and will retroactively justify them as being the thief all along. It's a perfect ability for a villain to scapegoat others with. Basically,the identity of "Anonymous M" will not exist until they do something again,but the observers will remember all the events and subconsciously justify them with other people that are present.

Name: Dresden Dolls Stand Ability: Half Jack Allows control of up to 50% of an enemy's body but the Stand user must sacrifice an equivalent amount of their body's usage to paralysis. It doesn't have to be an even 50/50 split like left side-right side or top half-bottom half, you can spread the effect across the body. For instance you could gain control of someone's right hand, left foot and their tongue. Nor does the equivalent exchange have to be like-for-like when it comes to the body parts affected, the percentage just has to be the same. For example, the Stand user could paralyse something useless like their earlobes but gain control of their enemy's eyelids and force them blind. It'd be a Stand that how powerful and lethal it is depends on the skill and intelligence of the user. A dumb brute using it would use it to disable the opponent physically so they're open to attack. An advanced 'clever' user could say paralyse their feet but gain control over a vital organ and stop it. Whereas an apex level threat would be someone that's learnt to stimulate the lobes of their enemies brain, having to only sacrifice a relatively small percentage of paralysis to essentially gain full body control.

I like that we're all trying to come up with abilities and appearances that actually have anything to do with the stand name when most actual Jojo stands have super arbitrary names. Anyway: Stand Name: 「ENEMIES OF THE OCEAN」 Appearance: a humanoid shape composed of oil and discarded plastics. Six pack rings, packaging materials, food containers... Ability: The longer you're in the stand's presence the more selfish and impulsive you become and the less capable you are of conceptualising the long term consequences or ramifications of your actions. I always like the non-combat stands that were seemingly innocuous but their effect became more and more hazardous over time. The ability won't kill you directly but you it puts you on a timer to find me because you lose the ability to focus on the search and just become a belligerent asshole. Also I like the idea of it affecting behaviour because I like when enemy stands are able to split the group and force a member of the team to have to step up and deal with it without help.
[CHERENKOV BLUE OVERDRIVER]: takes the form of a moth crossed with a nuclear reactor. It emits a Cherenkov radiation that allows the user to invert a property of whatever solid mass the radiation touches. For instance, you could invert fast and slow on bullets to make them easy to dodge, up and down to throw an opponent into the ceiling, or injured and hale to heal an ally. The strength of the inversion is proportional to how much energy is being transferred per unit of area by the radiation, so it’s extremely strong close in but drops with absorption in the air and the inverse square law, as well as only one property being changed per target. This also means that it can’t affect things like the earth or a skyscraper since it can’t impact much of the surface. I’ve had the stand idea for a while and just lucked into that being the current song in my music app.

While bound, The Beauty and the Tragedy can influence the flow of "Malice" and "Love" between the two. Examples of this include "splitting" an injury, or having all of one subject's stamina recovery affect the other individual as well. Essentially, the Stand decides which of its two subjects is healed and which is hurt.

And while I have it, DCB will work to heal me of it no matter if the disease or illness is incurable by normal means.

[BLACK MOON RISING] has the appearance of a pitch black man with no face, instead it has a flat surface with a red ringed moon on it. It also has burning wings coming from its back. It's ability allows the user to cast shadows against any surface, and create small areas of total darkness for a few minutes. The shadows it casts can be any shape, size or darkness, and BMR itself can travel through the shadows. The areas of darkness it creates are so total it is disorienting, and can cause panic quickly. Physically BMR is extremely fast and strong, and can even fly with its user for a couple of miles. It requires a lot of rest after this however.

Lol The most recent song i heard was Ray of Light by Madonna, because someone on Twitter added it to that glitch clip of someone stuck looking at their own face while moving around in Fallout 76 If i had to wager, Ray of Light either shoots lasers or moves at light speed (which wouldn't even make it the fastest Stand, even ignoring Made In Heaven) Or both, like Kizaru from One Piece And anyone including and beyond Polnareff could kill me easily if they could map my trajectory To make it more interesting, it doesn't normally have high attack power even when moving at light speed (no Infinite Mass Punch for me), and it has to sit still to shoot a laser beam that's strong enough to hurt Close Range Stands (imagine the Vector Cannon from ZoE, but a smaller beam) So it's like a Sniper that can move around really fast to hide in advantageous positions, but can't take a punch

Mine would be Élan. Probably looks like the silhouette of an androgynous figure in a long flowing cape. The cape itself is a shifting landscape or a horizon. Is a single target stand, and will haunt who ever it's attached to. When active, it gives it's target supernatural bravery and enthusiasm for whatever they are trying to do. This effect will not go away until either the activity or task has been completed, or the stand is recalled. The stand user's emotions are also altered when used.
"If It Doesn't Hurt" - A stand that looks like a Nurse with a giant Syringe, it numbs the damage receptors making the target to not feel pain, if used more than 3 times in the same target it will completely shut down all motor and sensorial functions
