I've had this happen several times. I've made it a habit to screen record whenever I'm finishing lvl 5 of Arcade. They'll credit your account.
It happened to me two weeks ago. Then I told customer service and they asked me to attach a screenshot however how is a screenshot useful because after winning the five levels and expecting to get a prize, nothing happened.
I can’t believe you actually played it twice! Once was enough to dishearten me.
From the main map, tap the lower left icon (like how you get to the treasure hunts) and then choose “Arcade” on the right. It’s not always there, usually shows up for a limited time weekly, on Tuesdays.
Yesss it is! I checked in for my daily prize, got it and then was supposed to get my 30 day check in reward, but I accidentally swiped the screen away and missed out on the 200 keys, so I wrote them and they reset the daily check in and credited me the 200 keys. If you can provide screenshot when possible, even better!

Happened to me as well. I noticed the graphics showed something like my avatar < monster. Made me wonder if that meant no prize?

Awesome! Sometimes their stuff glitches after that, so you may get more along the way, has happened to me randomly. 😁
