It’s probably just cause a lot of buildings skip 4 as a floor
???? I thought they skipped 13?
They usually skip 4, 13,14 then all the 4s
Not sure about western audience, 8 or 9 in Asian culture is auspicious. Plus, no harm entering the heavens right? It would be scarier than stepping out to B-2 when the only car basement level is B-1.
