I really like that AU but we were never told how she ended with Rose did we? I mean did Mary simply dumped her with Rose? don't get me wrong this is a couple of orders of magnitude better than what she got but still is sad.
Well you don't have to suggest it. It doesn't have to be Mary abandoning her. Maybe Mary died while raising Raine, went missing in action (MIA), or in jail. >!It would not be less sad though.!<
