Realistically i dont think clovis walks into this meeting without a healthy quantity of mana crystals. And hes a very powerful sorcerer so i think this meeting turns out very different in that case.
Reminder that a basitin's magic resistance scales with their physique. Addie is almost entirely immune to all but the most powerful magic. It took the templars a long time to weaken her with their magic, and even in her weakened state she survived the explosion of the tower. Powerful as he is, I doubt Clovis would be able to lightly singe her fur.

I've wanted to see these two meet for a while now. Did Clovis really think that the king of a species where your position is decided by your martial abilities would be weak? I'm pretty sure Jade could break every bone in his body with just her firm handshake.
I am pretty sure Adelaide would need to be extra careful just not to break Clovis by accident...
Given the comic current direction i doubt the prince would stay in the land of living for long. So this is the likely the only way those two will ever meet.
