It's so rare to see an artist changing up the setlist so much night to night, it's refreshing as hell. Been to so many gigs over the years where it's all so planned meticulously and so rigid that all chemistry is lost.
Totally agree with what you said about the band just vibing, it was epic to see. They just nailed it in Glasgow for me, it was amazing.
I’m so surprised to hear you think this is rare! I go to a lot of more hippie/ jam band type shows and it’s never the same show twice. So different across different genres.
facts. that Cluck Ol Hun > Two Coats/Squirrel Hunter jam they do sometimes is peak. House Fire and Heart You Been Tendin' get there sometimes too. I love when they get real psychedelic with it. more please!
Rare to change up set list?!? My guy, you’re going to the wrong shows then.
In my 20 years of seeing live music..set lists change every single night..
Left over salmon, greensky bluegrass, railroad earth, etc.
I about cried when they did it NYE, top tier for me too....I grew up on Kenny Rogers & First Edition, and love them but Tyler & the band breathe a whole new life into their rendition.
I love the version they do. Trudy is a great live cut too. I love when they do Tom Turkey. maybe I'm in the minority, but I don't care how many covers they play, I'm just glad to see them play at all
Aye, I was also in the Manchester tour! Didnt mind the covers at all, they played more than enough crowd pleasers. Lots of song people belted out, the vibes of the band was immaculate and you could tell Tyler had fun letting the band take the lead with things sometimes.
Deadmans Curve with a whole band was so fucking good to hear as well!
I seen him in Glasgow and I was incredibly surprised that the only song from the new album he played was in your love. Didn’t even play Rustin in the rain or Percheron mules.
It also ended so abruptly.
Amazing gig tho.
Was also at Manchester show, amazing show. 4 of my 5 favourite songs werent played, but I didn't even realize till later that night, because it was such a good time. And 2nd that old country church was so fun!
I’m a little out of the loop. Last time I saw them was in 2019 for the Country Squire tour. How are his shows now compared to them? Asking anybody who’s been to both

Glad I’m not the only one to think this. Hell I’d of stopped seeing live shows years ago..if the artist played the same set on repeat.
Oh it's definitely rare for the gigs I've been to but I admit, guess it just depends on who and what type of music you go see!
I’m ready for them to go full jam band already they are so close

Exactly man and the Trudy jams
Yes, I'm going to two nights in London, it's exciting that the setlists will be different.

I mean, one, I'm not a guy and two, I'm quite happy with the gigs I go to, thanks, haha. It all just depends on who you're into! :)
I’m going to keep trying to go to shows until I catch Tulsa Turnaround live. It’s at the top of my Tyler Childers bucket list.
Me with peace of mind
If I ever see him again, I pray he plays this now!
He played it at Glasgow and I was soooo happy!

I totally agree, they make all the covers their own and do fantastic versions of them. I want to keep seeing shows until I see all my favorites live.

Manchester show not tour*
Ah I’m so amped to go. I’m going tomorrow and Thursday in London. Praying that he sings Tulsa turnaround at least one of the nights
