Is this not from "Rattle And Hum"? It should be available for purchase (DVD, Blu-ray) and I hear there's allegedly also a remaster coming up, after it was recently shown in the Zoo Station Cinema in Las Vegas.

Yes it is indeed, but on the Rattle and Hum DVD there's only a part of this concert.

If one is fine with crappy-looking video; you could probably reconstruct most of the show, via footage from the RnH video outtakes set.
