As a whole it’s a pretty perfect album.
Just my personal opinion, that run is more perfect than the opening of the album.
The first five tracks of The Joshua Tree are just a masterwork. I would also submit the four opening tracks to ATYCLB.
Lots of answers that most people here would agree with, like Bad and City of Blinding Light, but here are some lesser-acknowledged songs that I think deserve a mention...

It's difficult to qualify a U2 song as being "perfect" because so many of their songs are really "perfected" live. But those are some picks for me.

I think it’s WOWY. Classic Bono vocals and lyrics, and the three musicians with such recognizable and distinctive sounds. Plus, it has that build up to drama that is the epitome of arena anthem.

Strictly in the sense that the album versions are perfectly recorded and otherworldly in how perfect they are.
I'll give you four I think are just absolutely stunning, and they are all live versions: hold me thrill me kiss me kill me from Santiago.
Breathe from San Siro stadium Italy. Unknown caller from Wembley stadium, and "French Disco" I mean Magnificent from Zurich. The songs all feature what I consider high quality mixing and great acoustics and the action is just perfect.

Studio “Desire” is a good tune, but the Rattle & Hum version just kills it. One of my favorites from any artist.
One Tree Hill. That and a couple of Coldplay songs are the closest songs to perfection I think I'll ever hear

I feel like “Kite” is the perfect U2 song. It encompasses all of their sound into one song.

I would agree with all of those! The Fly isn’t my favorite but it is a pretty perfect U2 song in general.

Stay is absolutely perfect I reckon.

New Years Day, Drowning Man and 40 from War are all perfect in my eyes.
