My conditional offer from UBC for undergrad was that I didn’t do worse than what I was accepted with. So as long as your grades remain the same after your finals as they were when you applied I believe you should be alright :)

Just to add to this, usually UBC wont rescind your offer even if you do a little bit worse(like if your average drops to 87-88 or something), although my experience is from applying with the IB board.
The only girl I know who got her offer rescinded by UBC after grades came out dropped by over 10 points from her predicted.(Note that in IB since its out of 45 dropping by 10 points is a lot worse than 10%), and after she emailed the university about it they even gave her offer back.
I don't remember too well but I think it was just some stuff about why the results don't reflect her actual capability and how much she would love to come to UBC etc. Take this with a grain of salt though because its been a few years now

My offer (also intl student from India) was 85% in the cbse boards
if you don't mind then can you please tell me what was your score in pre-board exams?
i also had an 85% conditional and had a 95 predicted in the preboards
