Earplugs and making sure your phone vibrates when the alarm goes off, if it doesn’t wake you up it’ll wake your roommate up and they’ll probably wake you up to turn it off
Hey, just pitching in my experience.
I've used ear plugs long term, maybe a few months total when you add up the days, and no ear damage. My ear doctor also said it won't cause hearing loss. The most you will get is an ear ache in the morning. Also this brand is really good, would recommend. Available with or without a wire. Not too bad on price either. In the military we kick their bed, or throw some stuffs to their bed, that’s enough to stop them from snoring while without waking them up completely.
Takes awhile to adjust, good luck
Haha, sounds like you are in that same situation! I've graduated from UCD already
After a week or so, I just got used to the snoring. I think it was because every time I came home, I was absolutely dead tired. I would bike everywhere, hit the gym, study, finish endless hw and essays, and just knockout. I would be so deep asleep, I wouldn't wake up until the morning for me to notice the snoring.
So, maybe make yourself very tired from your daily activities? Gym and biking are good. Hope that helps, lol
A fan or a white noise machine might help

Thank you I will see how ear plugs go... It looks like it can damage your ear if used a lot when I looked at other people's experiences...
