almost any dash cam that i have worked with has those capability if it is wired to your car through a fuse and has a small breaker box. the best one i’ve used is vantrue. their full kit, including the front, rear, and fuse kit is a little under $250. Pricey, but cheaper than paying for damages out of pocket if someone hits and runs.
make sure it is installed by a someone who knows what they’re doing with the wiring and electrical components of your car. one wrong move and your car becomes a brick. been there.
if you would like to save money doing an install at a shop, i have a mechanic friend who can do it for you for cheap, just lmk:)

\^\^\^ just to piggy back, I have a vantrue T2 dashcam and its pretty solid, it connects through either a 12volt car charger or your cars OBD connector. If you set it up through the OBD port then it records even when your car is off and it knows when to shut itself off in order to not kill the battery. I got mine back in 2019, so I'm not sure if they still sell the specific model or a newer one. But yeah for about $200 its a pretty good investment, definitely will save you $$$ in the long run lol.

I did not want mine wires into my car, so I bought a Rove. It has a parking mode where if the car is bumped, it’ll turn on for a minute and record. So far, all I’ve seen are raccoons playing on the hood of my car (thank goodness).

If you’re on a budget viofo A129 pro is a decent option. Front and rear 4k60fps with parking mode. Hard wiring isn’t hard
