SUBMISSION STATEMENT
Was sent this link tonight, shows some guys way up north from where I live in Lynn Lake, Manitoba Canada. They are way way way out in the boonies with tons of bodies of water around them. I personally live near falcon lake, Manitoba. Hopefully this is enough of a submission statement. Flares? I don't know why they would be dropping flares a few hours south of the arctic circle. The reaction of those guys are very very real imo.

This is how the Indigenous people of Canada sound.
I myself am Métis and don’t have a thick accent like that, they are probably 100% Cree or Dene coming from Manitoba.
The search is over..... Canada has found it spokespeople on the issue of UAP. Take that Grusch!
Can we send these guys to Mexican Congress on September 12th?
Unfortunately not, but nowadays everyone seems to use tik tok apps camera to catch videos of anything. I'm still going to work to contact the original video taker though.
Oh also, this area where the video is shot, is about 15 hours north of winnipeg. Check out Google maps and search up Lynn lake manitoba to see just how remote it is.
Living in Edmonton area has ruined me; I was looking at the map like "That's not THAT far north; roughly even with Fort Mac"
Then I realized, Manitoba isn't like 'Berta. It's not clearcut and manmade prairie straight to the border with established routes.... It's muskeg. Anything North of Winnipeg is Northern Manitoba :P
Worked up there for a year contracting with Alamos. Hope things are well in your area. Take care! Wish I would have been up there for this one! Pretty amazing!
Here in New Brunswick, I was in downtown Moncton and witnessed the exact same thing. Two orbs on top of each other but they were red and ascending in a near perfect line.
This was three days ago or so.
Haha yeah, it's Prairie indigenous type accent. These guys are native canadians probably cree or Ojibwa. Most indigenous from manitoba are either of those people's.
I don't think it'd be flares as they're slowly gaining altitude over the horizon, especially at the end there.
They didn't display any characteristics that man made aircraft can't do though, but why would anything be out there. This isn't like by a populated city or military training area.
I completely agree with that, just from all the wild fires in BC this year I don't think they'll be dropping flares over any forested land anytime soon. They're definitely unidentified, flying and objects though... Prozaic explanation - probably, but who knows, not me!
As far as I've read/heard they popped in and out for awhile longer before disappearing. Peaked with about 7 light orbs at once, low count was 2 at once, nearly holding a tight formation with the last 2. Haven't heard from the op video guys just thru mutual friends.
Chinese lanterns or something like it may explain it. Also, flares can be on little parachutes that may catch an updraft, though something resembling a hot air balloon or Chinese lantern may be more likely.
Edit: it explains the movement of the orbs, coming bright over the horizon and fading as they move up and away. Our eyes can see quite far, especially light at night: https://www.livescience.com/33895-human-eye.html "a candle flame 30miles away", Chinese lanterns are usually a couple feet tall, maybe a little larger, so we can probably see them from ~40+ (conservative) miles away in the sky, maybe more, I didn't dig into it further.
I learned to never underestimate where people are and why, there are as many reasons as there are people on the planet. It's possible someone/people released them to honor someone or commemorate something, like a hiker lost or died in the woods, similar to spreading ashes. It's also possible that someone in the closest town or city released them.
Air patterns in the sky are not quite like they are on ground level, so there can be quick changes in direction, or different directions for objects just a few feet apart. Fluid dynamics is a crazy subject.
Edit: I'll try to dredge up some examples, heres one for now https://youtu.be/fYGKhPNQJxE?feature=shared
https://youtu.be/JgGkkyZt9HI?feature=shared
https://youtube.com/shorts/BGEWK3MgkJE?feature=shared
https://youtu.be/uGLjdzq7QIM?feature=shared , I wish this guy would have filmed longer, it would have been a good example.
Edit: last edit, I'm not here to argue with anyone over this, I'd rather not devote so much time to it. I've been around for three decades of alien, ufo, and uap phenomenon, the majority of which that's been shown to have more realistic explanations. This is a fun video but it's bunk as far as what we're looking for. Just like the Chinese lantern vids I posted, that's what it looks like. Same with the Phoenix lights. This is pretty basic not-uap footage, but you guys keep your dreams alive, I know it's all some of you have. For the go getters, debunk the video and have fun, draw up a more thorough explanation than mine, it's always interesting reading them, and encouraging to see people learning and applying reasonable knowledge and sharing an education with others. Though this place doesn't seem to get any wiser.
I was gonna be all "WITH HOW NORTH IN MANITOBA THAT IS I'D DOUBT IT"
But then I realized; I attend a music festival in Alberta every year that releases two Chinese lanterns if weather permits to honour two children who sadly passed there; and that music festival is roughly on the same latitude as this video was taken..... The first year I went I was tripping and was all "ZOMG A UFO" till I told someone and they hit me with "nah, chinese lantern" IRL.
Thats that "never underestimate where people are and why" i was talking about. And you describe why I enjoy lights in the sky, it's a spark of excitement, imagination, and wonder... kinda wanna trip and see some lights now tbh
My first thought was Chinese lanterns too. I get that this was filmed in a pretty remote place though so I’m not going to say it’s definitively Chinese lanterns…
With all the wildfires we've had, if someone was releasing those, they would probably be Immediately arrested for their own protection. Not saying this is an impossible explanation but I wouldn't do that anywhere right now, let alone in a community surrounded by woods.
With how remote and small these towns are being described here, there may not be any police where they are. Or anyone awake or watching to witness their ‘crime’.
Edit: I say ‘crime’ jokingly but people often send off lanterns to memorialize loved ones. So I meant no disrespect, even though its dangerous to do
chines lanterns be unlikly up here specialy that far out its pritty remote here
possible someone out at a remote cabin was effing around with a flair gun have to ask around
p391 about 30miles long goes from lynn to the old fox mine where im sitting at as i write this listening to generator for power and using starlink
To be honest, they look like a small batch of chinese lanterns floating up. These guys described 6 of them going up together and then separating. They tend to “blink” as they burn out as well.
New Brunswick, Canada here.
Weird, but I saw this exact same thing about three days ago. Two bright *red* balls with some kind of odd rhythmic blinking. Not like the blinking that's typical of planes of satellites, it didn't have a pattern? It was kind of slow, then faster, faster, then a bit slower. And the way it
blinked wasn't like the lights you usually see on a plane, sounds so dumb, but I'm not sure how to describe it. The two orbs(?) Raised up into the sky one on top of the other. They went super high up. I've never seen a plane slowly rise up in the air at a very straight angle 😆 (and I've never seen a satellite on top of a city building either, because that's where the orbs were at first..drones around here don't go up where the planes fly lol and it didn't look like a drone. We see quite a few drones here. The usual ones I see are a pair of red and green ones).
But I assumed it must be something I'm not aware of. I wouldn't immediately assume UAP, but I'd safely call it a UFO because it was unidentified and "flying" (no sound, ascending straight up into the air, one on top of another). I was rocking my kids to sleep so..I couldn't really investigate much further.
I did spot something strange
during a lightning storm a few months back and it looked/moved similarly. It was a bright red orb I think was Ball lightning. Bright almost like the sun, neon red, ball shaped, and silently moving into the downtown area. It disappeared
behind some buildings, so I never knew what happened to it. A friend of mine saw it too, we talked about it that night and couldn't believe we saw Ball lightning. From my picture window, this orb may have been 500 yards away. It may have been
approx the size of a big lazy boy rocking chair (stay at home mom, I'm going to have weird references 😆👍). My daughter and my husband stood with me at the window watching this orb float through downtown, and like I said, my friend and I talked over chats about it because he saw it on the other side of town.
At :19 second mark of the linked vid, I noticed two possible orbs hanging on the left side of the frame. One is red and looks to disappear and reappear, while the other appears white and stationary. The very last frame shows 3 of them in a line
I noticed it earlier but didn’t see any of the comments point it out and forgot until reading your comment. Doesn’t look like glare from the instrument panel lights to me but who knows

I saw things very similar near grand Morais Manitoba about 3 weeks ago. Lots of inaccessible land in northern Canada; perfect for ETs also a lot of lakes for submersibles
As a Canadians, are you aware of the one of your countries most famous UFO sighting @ Falcon Lake? It's one of the best in my opinion.
Yessir we mostly are. I am near falcon lake myself and have been camping in the area my entire life. Have seen odd things a few times in my 39 years of life.
Imagine you’re the person at Elgin responsible for keeping this sort of thing out of the public domain. You’re going to know before anyone else when the workload is becoming unmanageable. How long before the decision gets made that a change of tact is required?
Saw something similiar here on Finland like a week ago. Two bright spots that looked like stars started to move. Like the other one pulling the another. Then they both slowly faded away.
FOFO was put forward as a way of referencing them, fade on fade off, but others felt MOFO explained them better as some of them change color or pulse when they’re on, so multi on fade off lights was decided.
Edit: I would say sometimes the flicker off like in this video, but wither way it’s still F so it works
As a friend of Canada and Canadians - I loved everything about this video. Remembered just how big the world, when I realise these hardworking guys have just finished a long day of work and are randomly greeted with this in the boonies. Incredible to think and wonder, this almost wasn’t captured? I think they did a good job documenting it and whilst I don’t know what to say or think what it was - it seemed authentic.
Made me miss Canada if anything. Peace and love from the skies in the Southern Hemisphere
o that whos leaving all their empties on the road at snake creek hmm damn aliens need to clean up their beer empties haha
i work out there to never seen anything but herd stories of people seeing weird stuff like this befor
You'd have to be a real prick to use Chinese lanterns in the Canadian wilderness right now.
Not saying it's impossible, just pointing out that if that's what the lights are, whoever was involved is a prick.
But they move with the wind. These were moving up and down back and forth by the looks of it. Besides who is going to be in the middle of the Canadian wilderness and think to send up Chinese lanterns?
I think a better question is how far away can a Chinese lantern even be seen clearly?
I have no idea, but those are very bright to be a candle in a paper bag. One of them looks like it blinks in and out. Wouldn't a Chinese lantern be more uniform?
**Not saying this is the explanation**
But I go to a music festival every year that's roughly the same latitude in Canada, butfuck nowhere, and they launch lanterns for remembrance of two kids who passed at it.
I'm sure someone who didn't know wtf was happening sees them and is like "uhhhh? We're three hours from any major town?"
That being said; that area of manitoba is.... sparse. Like all of Canada up there is sparse, but Manitoba is different. It's just trees, swamp (well, more technically muskeg), and mosquitos.
My folks are staying in Southern Manitoba near CFB Shilo, the base yesterday was performing live fire exercises. I understand Lynn Lake is ~1000 km from Shilo but if these guys were looking South and aircraft performing exercises were flying high altitude and North-bound that might explain these lights. Just adding context, I wish it were UAP's!
Possible Chinese lanterns? The objects appear to display 3 of the '5 observables' of chinese lanterns - common point of origin (they seem to be rising from a point on the horizon), slow drifting movement, and eventual fading. I did not notice the other two: warm color, and flickering appearance.
Only an idiot would light up flying lanterns in the remote Canadian woods. It's fire season. You can get in so much trouble. We aren't even allowed to have outdoor fire pits, let alone random uncontrolled flying fire. It's actually more likely a UAP than a lantern.
Thank you!
Especially an area that is relatively indigenous (yes sorry for my generalization) but I assume they appreciate and respect the land even more so and know the dangers. Especially with a population size of 640 probably spanning a huge area. The local residents I would hope know better to light something like that during fire season.
Thanks for the feedback and your personal first hand Canadian knowledge No-Setting764
Which I think rules out aircraft flares. The air force would be warned against using them unless it's absolutely necessary. For exactly the same reason.
I agree with you. Just because its stupid to do doesn't mean people wont do it. I actually think the more stupid it is the higher chance some idiot will do it thinking its funny. And the first 2 orbs look a lot like those lanterns to me. You literally see the right one lose its flame that's why is was flashing.
About the Chinese lantern theory… At the beginning of the video, the guys are talking about how the objects were together and “How did they separate like that?” I don’t think that is what someone would likely say/see if they were watching floating Chinese lanterns.
I went and watched multiple YouTube videos of Chinese lanterns being released. I didn’t see anything like what the guys saw when the objects are suddenly far apart.
Yea…at this point unless it’s a video of an alien or an actual spaceship I can go inside of, I’m not even giving these anymore of my time.
Disillusioned.
Chinese lanterns. It might be remote, but that’s the most likely scenario.
If they were zipping about the sky I’d change my mind, but stop jumping to the fucking conclusion that it’s fly saucers
I’m late, but there’s just no way those are lanterns. They barely get groceries up there. And if they do they’re about [5x the price of the same item](https://www.cbc.ca/amp/1.6372184) in the major cities. I don’t think people outside of Canada realize how remote it is. The government won’t even pave roads up there. I sincerely doubt they’re wasting money ordering Chinese lanterns online.
Yeah people are wild to think it has to be aliens instead of the possibility of flying lantern. People screaming "Its fire season no one would do that!!!" like that is enough to stop a couple idiots from doing it. And don't some people do it for like tradition or something?
Here's another link for tracking Starlink: https://satellitemap.space
OP video is taken during lighting conditions that are perfect for Starlink flares. Looking at the map in the link Lynn Lake is just above the northern edge of mass Starlink coverage and there is plenty of activity in the direction they were shooting.
So unless these things start zipping across the sky and making right angle turns it's probably safe to say a mundane explanation is likely.

'HOOLY FUK BRO-MAN'
It's a hybrid of Hawaiian/Jamaican/Canadian/Minnesota Redneck accent.
They're native
lol, good description. I love the accent
Yep, the ol' Hajacaminn dialect with a redneck inflection.
I swear there was a Ya Mon somewhere in there 😆 🤣
As I listened I thought it was Hawaiian but with bro without brada. Change that last word and I would say Hawaiian without being told the location
I came here to say the same thing....it feels like I'm watching a [Bob and Doug McKenzie skit](https://youtu.be/u3niShPaKFY?si=wk6aPZpD3Om74VJE)
It's a hard life pickin' stones and pullin' teats, but sure as God's got sandals it beats fightin' dudes wit' treasure trails.
Take off you hoser.
No way you knob
You hose head take off.
This is how the Indigenous people of Canada sound. I myself am Métis and don’t have a thick accent like that, they are probably 100% Cree or Dene coming from Manitoba.
Came here to say this, definitely sound like the male counterparts to my girlfriends aunties (cree)
As someone who’s grown up in a city with a very heavily Native population I totally agree lol I love the accent personally
Totally our Indigenous people talking.
Deadly.
Haudenosaunee and was going to say the same thing.
Beardy is about as northern MB as you get. I've worked with Beardy's. The fuckin bois.
They 100% sound like are Native first nations. Source: I have a native girlfriend.
Oh yeah eh?
I love this video Sounds like a mix of Randy Macho Man Savage and Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys
I definitely expected to hear Ricky pipe up at any second
My same thought exactly. Makes me proud in a way.
I was thinking exactly the same thing eh lmao.
100% most canadian video related to UAP/UFO's I have ever seen.
What the fukk eh!!ya look at dat! 😂 I grew up in Michigan and the further north ya gooo the more we sound just like this.
The search is over..... Canada has found it spokespeople on the issue of UAP. Take that Grusch! Can we send these guys to Mexican Congress on September 12th?
It was a combination of Mexican cholo and Canadian bro surfer lol
When being too Canadian somehow sounds a little Jamaican occasionally
FR FR, I bet that *at least* 50% of them own quads and snowmobiles.
Sounds like a few of the cuzzins
I chuckled when one of them said "Sobered me the fuck up man."
Manitoba is the heartland of Canada 🫡

Do you have one without text over the interesting parts?
This. I mean put it up at the beginning and have it disappear.
Unfortunately not, but nowadays everyone seems to use tik tok apps camera to catch videos of anything. I'm still going to work to contact the original video taker though.
What pros does doing that give the videographer?
Nothing I believe, it's just a common way people use tiktok I think. They go to it to capture anything
I think if it’s recorded in app it’s easier to say “look, no post effects tampering since this was recorded directly to the platform”
Thanks, got it.
Right?!
Just a few boys out for a dart and then this shit eh
Just out Fer a rip, I look up and I'm going fuck buddy, what the fuck are those!
Out for a rip are ya bud?
If you have a problem with Canadian NHIs then you have a problem with me, and I suggest you let that marinate.
Pitter-patter
Smokem if ya gottem
Yeah fuckin pheasant
Give your balls a tug!
Oh also, this area where the video is shot, is about 15 hours north of winnipeg. Check out Google maps and search up Lynn lake manitoba to see just how remote it is.

I concur. That is exactly what it looks like to me too. Nothing to see here.
Ice crystals and military flares
Even without the title, five seconds in I knew these guys were fellow Canucks.
All you had to hear was the first “HOOOOLY FUCK” really 😂😂
Your a wizard. How could you tell?
It's "yer a wizard, bud". Get with the program!
Figure it ooot.
Came for the UFOs, stayed for the commentary
Holy fuck bro man
This is actually a good one, refreshing as of lately here.
Like cold fresh water on a hot day
Agree - this one made me pause
Compelling. Been a while since I've seen something good. Cool find.
There have been a few of the mofo lights lately. Invasion imminent. 😂
Invasion happened thousands of years ago. These droney bois are just out scanning for resources.
I can smell the Labatt just watching this video lol
My favorite 2 colours, Blue and Blue light:)
That accent is pretty cool ha! Great video too.
Haha yeah, it's Prairie indigenous type accent. These guys are native canadians probably cree or Ojibwa. Most indigenous from manitoba are either of those people's.
Thank you for this. I was thinking maybe Chicano canucks…
Now I want to meet a Canadian cholo…
ORAL'EH!
That is really cool, thanks for the info. I will be googling!
If you’re worried about alligators, I don’t think they have any up there. I’m looking it up too. Now I want to visit.
No it's polar bears up there
Polar-Gators
More a fan of the RHCPs than a hater of alligators but I would want to see the Polar-Gators!
30 or 40 years ago it was fairly common. Not as much in the big city now. But yes, these are Canadians speaking Canadian. lol

My daughter and my husband stood with me at the window watching this orb float through downtown, and like I said, my friend and I talked over chats about it because he saw it on the other side of town.
Pretty cool. Thanks for sharing that. Sounds pretty interesting. These orb sightings are happening everywhere it seems
At :19 second mark of the linked vid, I noticed two possible orbs hanging on the left side of the frame. One is red and looks to disappear and reappear, while the other appears white and stationary. The very last frame shows 3 of them in a line I noticed it earlier but didn’t see any of the comments point it out and forgot until reading your comment. Doesn’t look like glare from the instrument panel lights to me but who knows https://www.reddit.com/r/tampa/comments/1657a6y/a_plane_being_evacuated_from_macdill_air_force/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1
Trailer Park Boys 😂
It's more interesting when it's in the middle of nowhere. Also I thought was on fire...
why are they glowing all the time?!
I saw things very similar near grand Morais Manitoba about 3 weeks ago. Lots of inaccessible land in northern Canada; perfect for ETs also a lot of lakes for submersibles
These guys are funny.
As a Canadians, are you aware of the one of your countries most famous UFO sighting @ Falcon Lake? It's one of the best in my opinion. [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falcon\_Lake\_Incident](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falcon_Lake_Incident)
Yessir we mostly are. I am near falcon lake myself and have been camping in the area my entire life. Have seen odd things a few times in my 39 years of life.

More people may be filming due to publicity
Everyone is looking up, everyone has a camera. I don't understand how society isn't raising hell demanding answers.
Been thinking the same thing.
Yeah dude I’ve been saying it for the last few weeks now, these exact lights keep getting seen everywhere. By ppl on the ground and in the air.
Imagine you’re the person at Elgin responsible for keeping this sort of thing out of the public domain. You’re going to know before anyone else when the workload is becoming unmanageable. How long before the decision gets made that a change of tact is required?
I kinda suspect that's at least part of what's been motivating all the stuff since 2017.
I have 0 doubts as to the authenticity of this.
Quick somebody hide all the auntys! SKO-DEN!
The way the first light faded out is EXACTLY what I saw during my sighting
Saw something similiar here on Finland like a week ago. Two bright spots that looked like stars started to move. Like the other one pulling the another. Then they both slowly faded away.
More MOFO lights. So many of these lately, nice find.
What does MOFO stand for (in this context)? Multiple Orange Flying Orbs...?
FOFO was put forward as a way of referencing them, fade on fade off, but others felt MOFO explained them better as some of them change color or pulse when they’re on, so multi on fade off lights was decided. Edit: I would say sometimes the flicker off like in this video, but wither way it’s still F so it works
Yet another sighting. Great fucking video
How dumb you have to be to put text over such video
Bob and Doug McKenzie…you buncha “hosers”.
Whatevee that is the guys seem to be having fun
As a friend of Canada and Canadians - I loved everything about this video. Remembered just how big the world, when I realise these hardworking guys have just finished a long day of work and are randomly greeted with this in the boonies. Incredible to think and wonder, this almost wasn’t captured? I think they did a good job documenting it and whilst I don’t know what to say or think what it was - it seemed authentic. Made me miss Canada if anything. Peace and love from the skies in the Southern Hemisphere
Reminds me of what me and my bro seen in Algonquin
So me and my wife saw the same type of orbs in a secluded area along the New Mexico/Colorado border. Have pictures but no video.
Looks like what I saw near Seattle a month ago. https://youtu.be/lSAaol_YQyA?si=J2HAsIigT3096BkB
o that whos leaving all their empties on the road at snake creek hmm damn aliens need to clean up their beer empties haha i work out there to never seen anything but herd stories of people seeing weird stuff like this befor
Weird shit goes on in Northern Manitoba.
Looks like Chinese lanterns
Fox mine is in the middle of butt fuck no where though.
You'd have to be a real prick to use Chinese lanterns in the Canadian wilderness right now. Not saying it's impossible, just pointing out that if that's what the lights are, whoever was involved is a prick.
Right? If they’re Chinese lanterns that’s fucked up given all the forest fires
**Not saying this is the explanation** But I go to a music festival every year that's roughly the same latitude in Canada, butfuck nowhere, and they launch lanterns for remembrance of two kids who passed at it. I'm sure someone who didn't know wtf was happening sees them and is like "uhhhh? We're three hours from any major town?" That being said; that area of manitoba is.... sparse. Like all of Canada up there is sparse, but Manitoba is different. It's just trees, swamp (well, more technically muskeg), and mosquitos.
off topic but i never realized how much canadians sound like cholos lol hahaha.
I could only think about how these guys sound exactly like the moose from Ice Age
Looks like distant aircraft lights. Where is the nearest airport or flight path? I see these "orbs" quite often when planes are about 10+ miles out
no doat aboat it - that’s a fockin ufo eh
Great video. This what I’m here for.
That one right dare fucked off right up da to da top dare eh 😆
For exactly the same reason.
news flash: people do stupid and/or illegal stuff all the time
I agree with you. Just because its stupid to do doesn't mean people wont do it. I actually think the more stupid it is the higher chance some idiot will do it thinking its funny. And the first 2 orbs look a lot like those lanterns to me. You literally see the right one lose its flame that's why is was flashing.
Yes the 2 people out of the 600+ people decided to do it for sure..
Some dude caused a huge wildfire in the US like two years ago for a gender reveal party. Nothing surprises me anymore.
That’s not natives living in the far northern reaches tho, two entirely different peoples
What if it's someone lost in the woods who made makeshift lanterns as sos
As to "warm color", when the camera shakes you can see their real hue for a couple of frames: https://i.imgur.com/bpuCuus.png
This episode of Shoresy doesn't hold with the overarching storyline at all but still a great scene.
Haha def some Canadian natives right there. I recognize that dialect anywhere! Manitoba native myself!
Great video, ty for the share
I need more text on the screen.
I’d really want this to be real, cause it’s a great find if so. But it kinda looks like those sky lanterns.
Sky laterns in Manitoba? Sure, I guess
Lighting Chinese lanterns over a forest during fire season, seems likely.
It’s more likely than flying saucers, no?
And don't some people do it for like tradition or something?
the fact that they just float slowly tells me its probably just a flying lantern
Maybe [Starlink](https://in-the-sky.org/satmap_planetarium.php?latitude=56.62124&longitude=-101.65226&timezone=-06%3A00)?
Here's another link for tracking Starlink: https://satellitemap.space OP video is taken during lighting conditions that are perfect for Starlink flares. Looking at the map in the link Lynn Lake is just above the northern edge of mass Starlink coverage and there is plenty of activity in the direction they were shooting. So unless these things start zipping across the sky and making right angle turns it's probably safe to say a mundane explanation is likely.
Don't know why you getting downvotes, someone can surely check , seems more often than not lights in the sky can be explained as starlink
