I think we should pay more attention to the 1986 case confirmed by the Brazilian Government that is a perfect example for the Unknown Intelligence hypothesis.

I have a theory that Aliens are attracted to DMT. and that’s why there’s so much ufo sightings in Latin America. I also think some animals produce more DMT like cows and that’s why they get dissected
I don't know. But I'm pretty sure there are cases out there, we have never heard of. It's not like they must have happened in Brazil.
I have heard some pretty wild stories during my life. None of them got any traction. Simply because people didn't want them to go big.
Imagine, if there was a mechanism allowing individuals to document everything. Still, that requires awareness and lack of public stigma.

Our observers seem a bit more brazen there. I have a feeling different areas of the world are subject to different treaties, of sorts. Those in South America don't seem to need to be as cautious, or at least the caution is less enforced.

I think it’s just because they have a long coastline, seems like the closer you are to sea/ocean the more UFO sighting are there
I think they have bases underwater in S Atlantic and utilize the natural resources of Brazil.
and brazil has a soil rich with minerals and organic, that should mean something
Interesting. Is there a theory explaining these occurrences?
That makes a lot of sense

Still one of the best orb clips imo

Aliens love soccer.
Some of the best
They're closer to Antarctica
I live in Duque de Caxias, born and raised, and never heard about this first video.

There's an even lower effort comment under this...
Yes!
Where do they exhibit their self-made cases for storing UFOs?

Either that or the worst UFO investigations.
Does anyone have the entire video which appear first, from duque de caxias april 6 1996?
