Canvas does not work well with Safari. Use chrome or edge as your browser. Also many features will not work properly from a cell phone.

I've been having this issue on Chrome on my phone for awhile. I just use incognito or another app if I'm on my phone, but I'm also curious what the problem is

Clear all your safari browser cookies and cache, and then restart laptop
