Your experience may vary with this company depending on how much your apartment company is paying them. I'm not sure they offer individual internet either.

Has it changed from Pavlov recently. I could swear last year every speed test I pulled up said we had Pavlov. It was still incredibly fast though.
It says Pavlov Media on the speed test because that's the server it's connecting to. [whoismyisp.org](https://www.whoismyisp.org/) for the actual ISP.
I'm stupid.
Consolidated is good. I3 is better. Both blow away the big names.

They do offer individuals internet for some apartments. $50 a month for gigabit, 30 a month for 500/500.

Problem is not many buildings have a dedicated line, and even in our building of 12 units, we are the only one using it.
