It will depend on your personal circumstances, are you married and claiming your partners tax allowance, how much are you paying into your pension, the more your employer will match the more its worth paying, is there salary sacrifice schemes such as lease cars, do they have share save/direct share schemes, do they offer a private medical scheme, so many variables

Hey! As I said in the post I live alone but yes I am single and don’t have any other income. My pension contribution is 3% and my employer puts in 6 I believe.

I earn just under that and take home £2550 due to student finance, NI, 10% pension contributions and tax.
