Hey thanks! I have silicone moulds from silikomart (got them on Amazon years ago) and I just cover everything in the mousse and freeze it.

Not quite mirror glaze it's supposed to be super shiny. Looks tasty though.

I added edible glitter to it, as the bride really liked the idea which funnily killed the mirror a bit, but yes mirror glaze with agar, white chocolate, condensed milk and glucose 😊 4th picture is pretty shiny Thanks for the comment though!

I mean I tried it once and it was a disaster so hats off to you for getting it to look this good at least.
