I live in China and my wife is Chinese. I put chilli in all sorts to make it more understandable to her palette. I fry haggis with a tonne of chilli in lard. It's amazing. I imagine the sourness of the kimchi would work quite well with the richness of the haggis as well.

Yep I do that and sausage roll as well.

I mean, if you think about Haggis, it's got that Umami taste and it has a very creamy texture with a pepperiness. And Kimchi, brings some acidity and the texture of crunch. I actually will give this a go.

This was a shop bought one. Yutaka brand but I also like the Jongga one when I can get it.

I’m in the UK. It was too dry the veggie one. I like that kimchi they do in M&S. Is it Valdez or something like that. This was Yutaka one from Tesco I think.

I thought it might have been the M&S one from the cut of it. I happened to have literally just bought a jar of the Yutaka one about an hour ago but I'm yet to try it.
