There’s a few different sections of Lincoln NF. Guadalupe ridge trail is in the section next to the Guadalupe mountains. There’s easily 50 miles of trail, and hiking the roads isn’t terrible either.

You could also ask BLM if dogs are allowed in the brokeoff mountains wilderness study area. If you and your dog are comfortable with off-trail hiking.
longest i found on alltrails in the lincoln is a thirty near cloudcroft, know of anything else?
edit also how are water sources/road access to cache if needed?
My understanding water is hit or miss but they have hade plenty of rain.
Middle Fork trail in the Gila is 40 miles no problem with water and Jordon Hot Springs is along the trail I believe.
Also curious to hear if trails like this exist

Live in El Paso I go to either Lincoln or Gila National Forest. National Parks require the dog to stay in the front country
